BLS IS A BIG LEVEL SCAM.

I would have given 0, if I had the option to do so. Thieves are running this BLS. They just want money and they don't give shit about people's time. They will deliberately reject your application. I sent them a Landscape application all the other documents were complete but only the format was not Portrait which by the way is not mentioned on there website. They sent back my application. I don't care what purpose does a form fulfill except helping the entity to verify the information and keep the track. Everything was there but still they sent it back. They are looters. They will take your money. BLS IS A BIG LEVEL SCAM.

Ready to book an interview appointment…

Ready to book an interview appointment since 6/10/2025, still no slots available. my flight is on 8/27/2025. sent 2 emails, no response. Called once nothing happen, Chatted never worked. I have seen a lot of slots are available since end of June 2025 for individual interview appointment on July 2025 but still not get a chance for family of 2 members. I don't know why.

I would have given it 0 points. Shame on you for the poor service. Appointments are only available on the black market. You can't prevent this? The Spanish embassy and consulate in Morocco are aware of this. They've received many written complaints. I hope the Spanish authorities stop working with such a company.

These guys are unbelievably useless

These guys are unbelievably useless, don't know why indian government uses their services. Faced too many issues to list out here. They are so incompetent that if they compete with most incompetent companies in the world, they'll still come in last.

The customer representatives are clueless unqualified people even their supervisors are terrible. I guess they appoint supervisors based on the degree of worthlessness. The more worthless you are the more chance to move up the ladder.

If you call the number listed for BLS for specific city, it still goes to the global center and they have no idea what is going on in that specific center where you supposedly called.

I really hope the indian government get rid of this joke of a company and use services of VFS or some other provider.

improved a lot - after some bad experiences last year

After some bad experiences last year - all has changed and I have to say that BLS (here in Dakar) has improved very much. Some small things still with the website and discussions are somewhat limited (they help youm but they will not do it for you, ok?) I am very happy about the experience we had today. The program is made in India (I really had to laugh), but everything went well. We have the date, we have paid - and all is OK. Note: It is YOUR responsibility that you leave enough time for the embassy to eventually ask for additional documents or simply if they have too much to do and it takes instead of 2 weeks maybe 3. This is OK and not BLS's fault. The embassy is only for citizens if you have a problem - point. Spain: congrats for this solution. Its working fine.

Utter lack of transparency

I think there is already atleast one review regarding passport size photo taken at centre, ignoring what customer has already brought with them based on the info on the BLS website.

I also literally spent approx 35 pounds at Max Spielmann to get photos for myself and my wife to meet the standard requirements and avoid any photo size related issues at the time of appointment. Still, they didn't even ask for those photos and clicked our photos at the centre as per their 'standard process'. Why this can't be mentioned on the website (along with so many info updates that the website needs)? On the top of that, they don't even tell you the cost of clicking the photo beforehand, along with break up of any other cost. You only get to know this once you pay, which automatically also adds the Courier (Next day) fee of 29.99 as well. Now as a customer, I don't even know if a cheaper option is available as I didn't have time issues. PS: This is my own experience.

I know I will get a standard generic response of 'our review matters and stuff'. But trust me, this is a matter of time before someone highlights this lack of transparency to the relevant regulatory body.

They also need to sort out the 'invalid application' status on their website which randomly occurs after you have submitted the application. It automatically went to 'processing at mission' few days later. There are similar cases from LAST YEAR mentioned online and hence, I know it's not only me who have faced this issue. The fact that it is still happening now shows that customer experience doesn't matter.

Very disappointed with the visa…

Very disappointed with the visa processing experience. I submitted my Schengen visa application for Spain on 3rd June, and despite the standard 15-day processing timeframe, there has been no update for over three weeks. The status still shows “Processing at Mission” with no communication or transparency from the authorities.
This delay is affecting my travel plans, and it’s extremely stressful not knowing when or if I’ll receive my visa. The process lacks clarity, and there seems to be no urgency or accountability. Applicants deserve better communication and respect for timelines, especially when travel bookings and commitments are involved.

I just spoke today with one of your helpline employees difficult to understand his Indian accent, also very very rude with me I just wanted to double check if my appointment was confirmed and he couldn’t provide me with any assistance at all… very disappointed I called at 12:15 today 25-06-25, was an Indian male difficult to understand his English accent

I have missed my first flight to Spain…

I have missed my first flight to Spain and till now my visa is not out and I have a connecting flight on Saturday from Spain to Italy for a conference. I have applied over 4 weeks now. A friend that applied to another Schengen country 2 weeks after me has gotten her Schengen visa and I am still waiting. I have till Friday to catch my Saturday flight from Spain to Italy.

This is really sad, unfair and terrible.

very bad Service all the documents was ready and after pre appointment waiting time more than two hours after that form already filled up but staff said this will not work you need to pay 30 Dhs, I asked why he said fill take again appointment & come after few days, however i have paid 30 Dhs because i don't want to arguments since there was no any change in fill up form but they want money only, staff was very rood with applicants.

They will force you to pay for delivery service.however every other site offer free collection or inperson collection.And photograph service they will say its not appropriate even if it was accepted before in multiple centers

Extremely poor customer service and no transparency

I applied for my Spanish visa on May 15th, and I still haven’t received any update. My flight is tomorrow, and despite multiple attempts to contact BLS Manchester, I received no response. It’s unacceptable how applicants are left in the dark during such time-sensitive situations.

As a student who needs to return home, I expected at least basic communication and clarity. Unfortunately, BLS shows no urgency or empathy towards applicants. I hope this service improves, especially during peak seasons when so many people rely on timely processing.

Terrible Indian run company

Terrible Indian run company, i am shocked that they are entrusted with such a sensitive & high caliber sort of platform.

This is a question to all BLS staff, WHY DO YOU ADVISE ALL APPLICANTS TO BRING PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS JUST TO CHARGE THEM AN EXTRA £10 FOR PASSPORT PHOTOS ?

I took 4 passport size ( EU ) photos 3 days before my appointment and paid £12 . This is based on the requirements as per the BLS website.

On the day of my appointment, when i got to the counter , the lady denied my passport photo and said i should pay an extra £10 to take new passport photos.

I wish you can justify this or i will extend my experience on every review platform.

There’s always some sort of scam when Indian companies are involved for some reason
