If they'd bothered to read the review, they would understand that THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO DO BUT THEIR PROCESS IS SO BROKEN I CANNOT DO SO !!!!!!

1. The phone number on the website just cuts off.
2. Links on their website go to irrelevant or broken pages
3. Their standard email response is "please look at our website" (Like I haven't already done that...!!!)
4. Subsequent emails are just ignored.
5. Feeble responses to 'contact our customer service team' are utterly facile and useless, and only serve to irritate further.
6. The monopoly they have is a licence to print money.
7. I haven't found a single good review for them online.

BLS continues to create artificial scarcity

Due to BLS artificial scarcity, I haven't been able to obtain an appointment. Frustrating. BLS is a bad system.

My concern is that most of the documents we acquired for this visa
application will expire, and if BLS continues to create artificial scarcity, it will impose
unnecessary extra expenses, forcing us to have to reorder those documents if they do not allow us to obtain an appointment promptly. Then the question is: Will BLS be held
accountable and responsible for the inconvenience and the additional expenses?

This matter needs to be escalated to the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassies.

Very horrible experience

BLS review after visa is processed lol
This review is for the London BLS centre located at Ground Floor, 20 St Andrew St, London EC4A 3AG. A majority of the staff are horrible and speak to people very rudely and inhumanely. I went on a Wednesday afternoon, and the blonde lady on shift at the reception desk giving the token number, was incredibly rude and dismissive. She shouted at a genuinely confused customer and said he was wasting her time by asking questions. The other lady who was at the non-premium lounge counter, who was mostly handling the walk-in appointments, was also very rude. I was confused about my token number, and she threw the receipt at me and kept rolling her eyes. Even the staff at the biometrics were also rude. They don't give any explanation about where to go and how the internal process works, and expect you to know, or give very rude commands that are not helpful, and for a first timer, it is natural to be confused. The staff at the biometrics did not show any politeness or explain the process; he just told me to sit very rudely, and gave me commands like I was a servant, not a paying customer. Only 1 or 2 of the staff were kind, but that is not good enough. Overall the place is horrible the appointment system is exploitative and just tries to suck out as much money out of people as possible.

Pathetic bls service for spain visa

This is not business or visa services, they are pathetic greedy people who are looting our money, I was asked to pay premium money to get early appointment which I refused, I applied my visa on 22nd June and on 27th June they delivered it to embassy, I think they deliver by foot due to low budget, I can't track my application on their wallpaper which they call website as it only jas bls logo on it.

Terrible Company

A disaster with this company. We have lost hours trying to book an appointment for a non-lucrative visa in Los Angeles without success. This is a total disrespect to the people.
The system is very slow, and all the web pages are very slow all the time. It asks the same 10 questions and then says to try again and again and again. The Ministry of Exterior of Spain needs to change that.

Absolute Useless people

Absolute Useless people, Based in Ireland, I have booked an appointment for myself and my Wife for Spain Schengen visa. while booking an appointment for we have observed it is written over there that kids under 6 do not need an appointment.
But now whenever I call their helpline to confirm. they are asking for separate appointment for kid which is not available. Every time call goes to same person and he says same thing without checking with anyone.
tried to contact on email, nobody replies. 0 customer support.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

This was the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I had an appointment on 27 May 2025 in London, and I honestly don’t even know where to begin.

The staff were incredibly rude, especially a gentleman at the front desk (of Indian descent, wearing a black jacket that day). His attitude was appalling—he spoke to people in a demeaning and disrespectful manner, as if we weren’t human.

Despite paying for premium service, I had to wait over an hour to be seen—much longer than others with standard appointments. This defeats the purpose of the "premium" designation entirely.

Additionally, the instructions sent to applicants via email were incomplete. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion, particularly with the printing queue. Applicants are expected to print a specific information page from the UKVI website, but this is not clearly explained in the instructions.

In my opinion, the Spanish Embassy should seriously reconsider its partnership with BLS. The operation is inefficient, disorganized, and completely lacking in customer service.

Poner 1 estrella ya es mucho, merecen un cero absoluto o meno aún. El peor trato, reciben a la gente en la calle, no responden llamadas ni correos, no sirve su web.. pero eso sí, para cobrar no tienen límites, descaradamente te dicen “aquí venga con mucho dinero porque sino no podemos ayudarle, al menos 8 mil pesos para poder aceptarle su expendiente”. Llegando impreso el formato de solicitud que indica en la web del Consulado para trámite de residencia, ellos ahí dicen que no te aceptan ése y q ello deben darte otro y te cobran obvio, cada copia blanco y negro te la cobran ellos en 5 pesos, para recoger tu pasaporte (aun si te rechazan el trámite) te cobran y por adelantado!, te cobran hasta por respirar… pero ni para dejarte pasar a las oficinas, sale un becario a recibir documentos de las personas (aunque tengas cita) directamente en la banqueta. Es el peor “servicio” que he conocido en mi vida, un trato absolutamente indigno, humillante, un robo total y no queda otra opción porque el Consulado Español en México les ha dado toda la libertad de gestionar los trámites como quieran, sin darse cuenta de que es una auténtica estafa, lamentable experiencia.

Extremely Disappointing and Unethical…

Extremely Disappointing and Unethical Experience with BLS International – OCI Application I am writing to document and publicly share my deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with BLS International during my OCI application process, in hopes that others are warned and that action is taken to investigate and reform their exploitative practices.

I submitted my OCI application in October 2024. Despite following the instructions on the official website, I had to make multiple trips due to arbitrary and inconsistent rejections over minor formatting issues — such as the order of my name, the placement of my unit number in the address, or the way the city was written (e.g., Toronto vs. North York). It quickly became clear that these “mistakes” were used as an excuse to push applicants toward their paid VIP and courier services, which staff appeared more enthusiastic to process than regular applications.

From December to January, I repeatedly called, emailed, and sent WhatsApp messages — none of which were acknowledged or answered. In January 2025, I visited the BLS Brampton office around 4:30 PM, just at the close of the collection window (3:00–4:30 PM). Despite my repeated requests and explaining the lack of any communication, I was turned away. Yet, they were more than willing to process a courier service request and take my payment on the spot, even though no progress or urgency was shown in resolving the underlying issue.

I was told I would receive my documents within a week, yet nothing arrived for two months. In May 2025, I visited again in person. I waited in line only to be told they had no record or responsibility for the courier service, shifting the blame to the courier company and offering no resolution or refund.

BLS’s practices are not only inefficient — they border on exploitative and unethical:

They open 15–20 counters in the morning to process applications (and collect fees), but only 5 counters for collection in the afternoon.

The collection window is a narrow 1.5-hour slot (3:00–4:30 PM), with only 15–20 people processed despite hundreds arriving daily.

After collecting your receipt and checking your ID, they routinely make people sit for 20–25 minutes before handing over documents, citing vague "retrieval" delays — clearly meant to frustrate people into paying for courier services.

Their customer support is non-existent. Emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages are ignored. Staff on-site deflect all accountability, blaming an outsourced call center in India.

Almost everyone I met during my visits — including international students, professionals, and families — shared similar or even worse experiences.

I strongly urge:
Media outlets to investigate the shady practices of BLS International.

Regulatory authorities to audit and take legal action where needed.

Legal professionals to help everyday applicants file a class-action lawsuit or formal complaint with immigration oversight bodies or consumer rights commissions.

If anyone can share a step-by-step guide to escalate this legally or through government channels, it would help not just me, but countless others who are being taken advantage of by this broken system.

Criminally Incompetent

This company is criminally incompetent. I don't think I've ever experienced a more Kafka-esque circle of directives that lead nowhere and waste as much time (for something as important as visa) ever in my life. Their site is not functional, bookings don't work, you call and they send you to the wrong office 3 times in a row. When they finally send you to the right office, they simply say no appointments available, call back later and email them. I have sent them at least 3 emails with no response over the last few months. I guess just don't need a visa for Spain if you live in the cities these crooks "service"? Outsourcing this extremely important service to India actually reflects quite poorly on Spain.

customer care does not care

beside forcing to book a premium appointment, the customer help does not care to pick the phone. I have a screenshot of 25 minutes waiting. It is not logical that for twenty five minutes all agents were doing their job.
All I want to say here, does anyone know who can audit that company? the Spanish embassy does not care, and I could not find any way to complain or audit the quality of BLS international. no to mention they dont have a competitor company where I can seek and forget about that fraud

Myself and my girlfriend are planning…

Myself and my girlfriend are planning to go on holiday. My girlfriend needs a Schengen visa. We have been trying to contact BLS after she had an interview at the end of March. They took her passport and promised to return it. We have had no updates and they have not responded to multiple emails. We have tried to contact by phone many times to no avail. This is particularly frustrating as our planned for holiday is fast approaching.
