I had a concern with only one of two items shopped I emailed them with my pleasant surprise I heard back right away and Jennifer M that was my response customer service was so informative and kind as I didnt understand how it worked .she put me at ease and will keep me posted when my other item ships .thank you Jennifer for your patience with me and explaining process .great employee

Terrible return/refund service. They've had my return for SEVERAL days now and acknowledge that. I keep asking where my refund is and I keep getting the run around. Outright theft! I've been referred to their "Return Centre" by someone named Patricia over and over again. I just want my money back. Never again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM BOATHOUSE ONLINE! I ordered a bracelet, courier lost it, I never got it. Never even came to my door. Now they are saying it's not their responsibility or the couriers. So I lost money and lost a bracelet. No refund and no replacement! First time buying too. never again.

It is a great store with many awsome choices to choose from and buy from very satisfied with my order

Ordered a hoodie 3 weeks and 4 days ago, still don't have it and absolutely no sign of refund.

Cancelled my order for no reason. I used the shop app to purchase socks, freaking SOCKSSS, and they cancelled it mentioning its fraudulent. The only reason i believe is bc i used their discount code(which they emailed me) and they probably didnt want to discount the Nike socks. I used my shop app account to make 1000+ transactions (clothing/shoes/etc) for myself and they decided they were better off w/o my business($300) only bc they felt like it(no damn reason) worst store in existence

Lost my parcel and I’ve been waiting a month and they still haven’t resent item or refunded. Emailed and no response and called twice. I will never deal with them again.

bought boots in an order in November, and somehow a shacket was also ordered (this may have been my error but its concerning as I did initially see it in my cart). I did not realize I had been charged until I got an email 3 weeks after the boots came in, saying it was on its way. It took a long time! It was a clearance item, cost over $100. I emailed to ask them to cancel it and got multiple automated emails back. I went to the local store, they couldnt help becuse it was a clearance item. I contacted someone through customer service number and they started communicating with me via email, then completely stopped. Called them after waiting a week again, another worker continued where we left off. She agreed to a refund. Two weeks after it was provided, I get an email saying they refunded me $45 !! I will NEVER shop with them again. VERY UNHAPPY.

Do not order from this company! Customer service is non existent. I put in an order Nov. 20th and only recieved 1/5 items. Then, after I asked for a refund, they shipped 1 additional item and said the remaining 3 were shipped as well. I got 2 items that were both the same and still missing 3 of my items. 6 emails to the company and just an electronic bounce back email from the company. PayPal is investigating as well and they don't respond to them either. Complete scam!!

I ordered a sweatshirt from boat house on November 27. I called and emailed them several times over the month of december - they kept guaranteeing me that the christmas gift I ordered would be here before Christmas. I called again today - December 22 - and they informed me that they had cancelled my order. I had to call - they did not call me to let me know. If I hadn't called, I would have been sitting waiting for the gift until the last minute.
I expected that ordering something a month ahead of time, they would be able to fulfill the order, or at least inform me more than two days before Christmas that I should look elsewhere. I am now scrambling days before the holidays to find a gift for my teenager.

They have offered me no compensation only an apology from someone in customer service.

Just going to add to the pile of terrible reviews in hopes it detours anyone from giving these guys their money, time and energy. I ordered a package on the 5th of December with the “2-5” day shipping “guarantee”. When I hadn’t received a shipping email after the 5th day, I sent an email asking where my package was- only to receive automated responses saying it would “be here before Christmas”. Once I got someone on the phone, they guy I spoke to was unapologetic, condescending, and told me “well there’s obviously no way to guarantee a shipping time”…!? Ok, then don’t advertise a specific shipping time. As of 2 days ago, my package still hadn’t been shipped, and now even their “here before Christmas” guarantee seemed impossible, when it was literally the only response to any of my frustrations. FINALLY today it’s been shipped with an ETA of January 2nd! So I call, and all they said was “hopefully it will be there sooner” how has this company been running for so long like this!? I know it’s just stuff, but it’s terribly disrespectful to the people who’ve trusted them with their money.

No stars. Don’t order from this company. Customer service is absolutely crap. Received 1 item out of 4 from my order. No response from customer service after emailing 2x in a 2 week period. Then I go to live chat and am told they are processing orders from 2 weeks ago- and my order was before this. Live chat was ended on me with no recourse. First and last time ordering.

Do not trust them. I ordered on Black friday. I had my money returned to me a week later. I guess I don't get a Black friday deal on boots for my wife. I guess now I have to pay full price somewhere else. Wow thanks guys

I ordered 5 items 2 weeks ago. Received a notification that two of the items shipped within three days of purchasing, then one single item from a different location. It's been another two weeks of waiting for the remaining two items left on my order to ship and I've just received an update that they also will be coming as two separate shipments. For one order containing 5 items, I've had to wait on 4 separate shipments. I've never had this experience shopping online before and will never order from them again. Shop in store if you really need to go here but save yourself the headache and do not order online, especially if it's a gift.

They only sent 2 of my 11 items! They will not answer emails. At this point I just want a Refund and will Not shop here again.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and they only sent 1 of my 2 items. It’s been 2 weeks since my “2-5 day” delivery. And I’ve written them 4 times asking for my refund. Not one response from them. I’d have preferred my order, than the refund. But at this point I want my money back. I will never buy from them again. Super scam

I purchased two pairs of shoes. I received one pair in 2 days. I did not hear back on the second pair for more than a week and when I started following up, I was told there was no availability and I'd be refunded. My bank account was debited for the second pair's price. So I paid for 3 pairs and I received one. I have been following up for a refund and they keep telling me they have already refunded me. Please don't buy anything from this store.

Horrible customer service. No response to emails.
3 weeks and no sign of my order, Boathouse states they have to submit a claim with the carrier for investigation and wait on results before they can do anything with my order.

Stay away.

Bought a pair of boots with expedited delivery several weeks ago. 3-5 days delivery and I am still waiting.
No response from customer service.

Terrible experience shopping online with them!!!! I placed an order and they sent one of the sweaters with the security tag still on..the one where you need a special tool to get off...after calling them and asking what to do..they said to bring it to a local boathouse store, or mail it back using the return label. I did not have access to a printer at the time, and the post office would not print one for me. I sent the sweater to a boathouse location in Ottawa, Place D'Orleans. In this package with the sweater I included my email, the order number, and a brief summary of what had happened. I asked them to remove the tag and send it back. Its now 2 months later and I have called multiple times and Place D'Orleans is always busy and I can never get through. I have emailed from the "contact us" section on the official boathouse website, and I never get an email back. I have also called St Catharines multiple times, and I am always on hold for about 45 mins before giving up. Not sure what to do at this point but kiss the money I paid for the sweater goodbye.
