Had my annual eye test today at Boots Fort Kinnaird. Ben talked me through the various options. He was very thorough with the testing. Clear instructions and demonstration. Marie was very helpful. She obviously enjoys her job. All in all a very good appointment.

Excellent Service
I attended an eye test appointment at Wimborne Boots Opticians and was seen by Claire the Optometrist and assisted by Lynne and Meg. Claire was extremely professional, thorough, and very informative not only with the actual eye examination itself but on my different options, so very helpful and personable. Both Lynne and Meg were also extremely helpful and very cheerful and friendly. Overall the whole experience was extremely positive. The whole team was great, I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this branch.

Outstanding Crewe branch
I recently visited the Crewe branch for an eye test and was very pleased by my visit.
Firstly, The store was clinically clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere!
Secondly, the overall atmosphere of the store was one of calm assurance. A very nice environment to be in.
Thirdly the staff were amazing. The initial assessment was done by a very friendly, calm and patient member of staff (Michael), who then passed me on to his colleague for the examination, who was also very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. Taking the appropriate time and care to ensure I understood the findings of the test and what the next steps would involve.

Visited Boots Chatham all the staff are lovely. Had to help daughter in law choose glasses and had great help and advice from Jon the manager in choosing the right style for her. Great customer service from all and no pressure

I popped into Boots Opticians in Romsey…
I popped into Boots Opticians in Romsey for some help with replacing some sunglasses lenses I had already purchased. I knew I didn’t need to purchase anything from them but from the moment I walked in I was received by smiles and offers of help. Alice helped me and couldn’t be nicer she helped me with the stiff screws and actually replaced the lenses, she’s was so friendly and chatty I offer to pay her for her help but she would except it. I will definitely be returning as a paying customer as this is exactly how I want to be looked after as a customer! Thank you Alice and happy 30th birthday!

Boots Wimbledon branch
Boots Wimbledon branch. Opticians themselves first class. Admin and branch staff hopeless. I have never been seen on time. Went for a contact lens check and the very next day received a call saking me to book an appt. Went to collect new contact lenses today, was asked to come in 15 mins early so that they could be fitted and again was kept waiting . No one seemed to know why I was there, and no my new contact lenses were not fitted in advance of the appt! I also do not like being called by my first name. It is quite rude

Jasmine at the Grantham branch was…
Jasmine at the Grantham branch was extremely helpful and kind. I buy my reading glasses from boots but I walked in today with my sunglasses bought elsewhere. I was missing a screw. Jasmine was able to replace the screw for me and check my sunglasses all over. There was no charge which was extremely kind and unexpected. Brilliant service. Thank you Jasmine.
