Pour le reste, test d’une starter box. 13 articles dans la box censé être MAJORITAIRMENT gradé A : - 4 Polo Ralph Lauren appelé base premium revente estimé 80€ (1 M complètement délavé et avec un trou, 1 XXL avec un trou, 1 L et 1 XL très correct) - 1 Sweat de marque, revente estimé 15€ minimum (The North Face plutôt beaucoup usé de taille S Femme) - 2 Pants de marque, revente estimé par Tage 30€ minimum (2 Jeans Wrangler W30L32 et W32L34 en bon état) - 2 Sans manches revente estimé par Tagz à 25€ minimum (Uniqlo M Femme et Bigness emperor L en bon état) - 1 Sweat Sport US revente estimé à 25€ minimum par Tagz (Sweat Richmond Spider XL état moyen) - 1 Sweat Universitaire revente estimé à 15€ minimum par Tagz (Sweat Alabama sans taille bon état malgré quelques défauts) - 2 Sweats Vintage en cadeau revente estimé à 20€ minimum par Tagz (Bigfork M état correct et Soccer S en bon état) Conclusion 3 article à grosse estimation difficilement vendable. Prix Potentiel revente très sur évalué. Assez déçus de cette première et sûrement dernière expérience. Cependant Assez drôle à déballer comme on ne connaît pas le contenu exact. Mais ce n’était pas l’objectif. Peut être que la box sera juste remboursé (110€ FDP inclus). Service client trouve tout ça normal et qui donne vraiment l’impression de prendre les clients de haut par leur réponse

Le point positif, c’est la rapidité de livraison. Le 80 % grade A et 20 % grade B est respecté. En revanche, je suis très déçu des produits. J’avais vu plusieurs avis laissant entendre qu’il n’y avait que des grandes tailles (XL jusqu’à 3XL), je confirme ! 70 % des produits sont de grande taille. Vous me direz que c’est vendable quand même, certes, mais le public visé est bien plus limité.
L’annonce stipule (20 polaires de marques) : 1 Timberland grade B trouée, un Ralph Lauren jaune fluo taille XXL, une The North Face et Columbia taille M et L délavé. Pour le reste, je me suis dangereusement approché de la crise d’épilepsie en ouvrant le colis (jaune fluo, rouge vif, bleu clair) ! En gros, rien à voir avec ce que l’image du produit laisse entendre. Pas une veste qui sorte du lot, rien d’authentique, que des couleurs unies.

Donc, pour résumer, c’est 80 % de grande taille, que des couleurs unies et vives ! Et les vêtements de marque, je les cherche encore!

I picked up my order, and even though the item wasn’t the right color at first, they rapidly exchanged it for the correct one without any problem. I want to mention that the person who helped me was really sweet.
The only downside to this store is the opening hours: they are closed on Saturdays and close very early on Fridays, which makes it difficult to pick up an online order, specially for the Christmas time.
That said, I’m otherwise very happy with my purchase, especially since I couldn’t find this item anywhere else!

Ups showed up and demanded a check for $45.82 in order to release my package. I would have never ordered if this was disclosed at checkout. No one responded to my email. Very displeased with the whole experience

DO NOT BUY HERE - Extremely disappointed as my order has not shipped even after a full week, and despite reaching out few days ago, I’ve received no response at all. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Website claims a 2 business day processing time, what a joke.

Have yet to receive the item. Shipping times are not met. When sending an email to the team they did not follow up with a response.

Very fast shipping. Product as described.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and was only shipped one pair. I ordered the shoes on Boxing Day. It took until January 8th for me to receive any notice that the package was delivered to the wrong city. I was then told the package was ready to be picked up at a facility. When I picked up the box, there was only one pair of shoes in the box. So: how did the company not notice that a pair of shoes was missing before taping up the box? Or did they know and do it anyways? Or did they sell the shoes knowing they didn’t have them? Why did it take me to contact them multiple times? The worst thing is, this is not the first time this has happened with this company.

I placed this order almost 2 weeks ago. I paid $15 for shipping that quoted me 2-3 business days. I've received no communication, no fair resolution or my product yet. Is this the type of service I am to expect? This was suppose to be a gift and if I had known how unreliable boutique was I would've spent my money elsewhere. At the very least communicating with your customers would be appreciated but not even this. I'm being ghosted can you believe this bullshit?
