Purchased an item that was on sale, and in exactly 7 days that item went on a bigger sale than what I've paid for and I looked up on their store policy that they are able to do a price difference rebate within 7 days of purchase, so I thought I was totally within the realm of getting the store gift card the price difference I paid for.
after 2 days of reaching out to customer care I was replied that the item has already been sold out and they are not able to honor their own store policy, the item was still available for sale when I first sent them the request (They can check the date they initiated the bigger sale, the time that my product was sold)!
I was perfectly happy with my initial purchase, until I saw the bigger sale and it made me want to take advantage of their own store policy, now I feel unsatisfied and feels bad for paying more, what's even more baffling is that they had cancelled my other order that I made with 0 context and ignore my return request, that is unprofessional to the P.

The customer service was disappointing. I never received an email confirming that my order was ready to be picked up. I had to call the store on ste Catherine to inquire if my order could be picked up. When I called the store I inquired about the store hours on a Friday. The gentleman specifically said that the store closes at 4 pm. I showed up at 3:25 pm to pick up my order and the store was already closed. It was a frustrating experience as I drove all the way from the West Island to downtown. After a second attempt to pick up the order, In the end at least the merchandise was exactly what I wanted.

Great products, timely service, and fair refund/exchange policy.

I had a strange and negative experience with this shop.
I ordered a Parajumpers coat in navy and received a call from their Montreal store 2 days later that they could not locate the coat I ordered in the navy. I was offered a different colour and told it would arrive at my home in Ontario within 2-3 days.
2 weeks passed and my order hadn't arrived. I called the store back and found out nothing had ever been sent out. There was no apology whatsoever. It's just bad customer service to not acknowledge a mistake and apologize, period. I was made to feel I was bothering the person I spoke to on the phone in-store as they reminded me they didn't deal with online orders but were "trying to help me out". They told me they would call me back within 30 minutes about my question about the return policy. I never got a callback but then got an email confirmation that my order had been put through. Depending on their response about the return policy, I may have not wanted that order put through, which I made clear.
I can't imagine ordering from this shop again or recommending it to anyone after this experience.

I’m a regular customer since 2019. My favorite online store.The regular season shipping is very fast, though during the holidays it's slow because they’re busy.

However, the online support team responded very quickly and fixed the issue professionally . Will make more orders from them.

Ordered 14 days ago. They still haven't even shipped out. Customer service does not know when. I really do not understand why it takes this long to even figure out.

Replacement of another product that suited me better was a breeze! Avery assisted me very well! While the watershed parka was flattering and felt luxe, I needed a much longer parka for the prairie winters. The Saskatchewan Parka is on the heavier side but it is very warm and flattering! The Parajumpers jacket and delivery timeline ( 2- 3 business days) were exactly as advertised. Great value as compared to other mainline sporting goods store.
