Shipment was sent to the wrong address, due to the wrong shipping label being printed. I have asked multiple times for a refund. And have waited over two weeks. No one is giving me an answer, a re ship or my money back. Not pleased with the service at all. Happy Holidays.

Beware! Stay away. Buy elsewhere.
Bought a garment which had a very strong perfume scent on the jacket (men’s by the way). My return request was rejected which is honestly unacceptable. Be very wary of purchasing from this retailer as they did not even consider why I had requested the return. Very, very disappointed. Stay away!!!!

A legit company but bad communication
I pre-ordered some Uggs and they were to arrive end of August. I had to follow up 3 times for updated delivery date. There would have been no communication from the store had I not followed up.
