Good service, high quality products and best prices

I read some reviews that made me a little hesitant but I'm glad I followed my gut and placed my order. My jacket came quick and packaged properly.

Customer service was quick to respond to inquiries and helped me place an order quickly. Item was shipped out the next morning and was packed with care!!

Shipping fast, very good quality

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE. The items on their website ARE NOT REALLY IN STOCK. Their website is misleading and many items they are actually waiting for stock. And even though they have a date for when it’ll be in stock and shipped, it is a LIE. They will continue to push back the shipping date because I think they realistically have no idea when they will have stock of the item. But will continue to hold your money while they wait for the item. This is basically a scam. They take your money but never know when they will have the item. AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE.

They have promised a refund and it’s been “processed on their end”. But of course after all these lies, I am cautious to believe their words. I will update in a few days on whether we actually got our refund or if this issue will need to be escalated.

Purchased item is exactly as advertised and to my satisfaction! All round great value and deal!

Buy at your own risk!! Horrible customer service. Ordered a jacket from USA with Boutique Tag recently. Received a faulty item and requested to exchange it. Boutique Tag sent me a return label via Fedex, which they stated the return process would be free. However, later I received an invoice for 222$ from Fedex. I called Fedex customer service right the way as well as informed Boutique Tag about this invoice. Fedex agent told me that Boutique Tag had rebill this invoice back me. After two months contacting with Boutique Tag, they still have not solved this problem yet and my name is now under Fedex collection. Lior, the CEO of the boutique, admitted that the invoice is the boutique’s responsibility but he was only saying without doing any action. My name is still in Fedex collection and FedEx now holds all my packages. Communication with them is very difficult since they took forever to respond. This is so annoying .People please consider this before ordering anything from them!!!!!

Shipping took a couple days and the box did arrive a little crushed.
