It was apparantly delivered to a different address - not the delivery address requested (and on the sale delivery details).
We were home at the time of ‘attempted delivery’.

If I could give them a Zero I would. Worst Customer Service and clearly do not care about their clients. I purchased a parka from them that when it shipped arrived with such a strong odour of perfume/cologne it had to be dry cleaned before wearing. I spoke with someone who advised to send the bill and it would “immediately” be looked after. That was almost three months ago. No one replies to email and the only person you can reach by phone does their accounting, ironically enough. The owner is never around and there is nobody else that can process the dry cleaning refund which isn’t a lot of money, it’s the principle because it was promised to me. Purchase with caution and hope you don’t have any issues. They reek…literally!!
