The shopping experience was outstanding on the Boutique Tag website since I could easily find sales products. However, the courier company did not give me a good experience due to constant delays.

I was searching for a Descente ski jacket that was sold out everywhere online. I not only found it at Boutique Tag in my size but at a great price! I questioned whether they really would deliver on time, but one week after ordering it was delivered today - on time and it looks great!! Thanks.

The order I received was exactly as shown on the website. Shipping wasn't as quick as I expected, but it was during the holidays, so I can't be too upset about that. I did get the package on the day the tracking said I would. The product I received is of absolute amazing quality! I was worried about ordering from a website I never heard of before, and the price for timberland boots was so good, I was wondering if they might be knock offs, but sure enough the boots are authentic and exactly what I wanted! The only thing I might complain about it that I ordered a size up like some of the reviews suggested, and they are still a little snug. But wearing them in the house with some thick socks for a couple days oughta break em in! All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase, and I would 10/10 recommend. I'm so happy, I was already looking at another pair of boots to buy while their still having a sale. They have timberland boots that you can't find in any store! So worth it!!

It has been a nightmare, bought a ParJumpers Gobi Jacket, after a price match episode since I found it cheaper in ssense.com, decided to protect local economy and ordered a size large since my other 3 PJ are size large, 2 Jayden, one Last minute. Got the Gobi, too big and I returned it expecting my money back like any other merchant. Got the news that your policy only allows store credit ( who the heck read policies before ordering???$). Now I have to wait till you get return plus the fact that your inventory is quite low
In summary, if there was a negative rating you will get it all!!!

The item I ordered arrived in timely manner and the parka I ordered was new and excellent condition which makes Boutique Tag trust worthy and deserves 5 stars. This is not to mention getting the Black Friday great discount. I will order again for my son and wife.

I had bought a jacket for my wife’s birthday on Black Friday sale and I never recieved it, spoke with someone. And let them know the situation, after a bit of back and fourth email, they finally sent a replacement for my. Issuing item. It took a little bit longer but they did try to help fix the issues, and I respect them for that. The real problem is with fed ex forging signatures of people and not actually handing the items that require a signature to the home owner. Thanks boutique tag for rectifying the missing item.
