*Update* Beware of this company!!!
*Update* One of the owners (Martin) called me directly and we had a lengthy conversation. He is very polite and customer service oriented. He refunded my credit card and will be sending me a carton of another brand to try for free since the product I ordered is no longer being manufactured. I will update again once I've actually received the free carton.
Beware of this company!!!
I placed my $105 order on Aug 25th 2026. The website stated to allow 48 hours for fulfillment. Its Sept 18th and my order still shows as 'awaiting fulfillment'. I have called the support phone number listed on the website. It goes to a recording stating they no longer provide phone support, they only have online support. I have messaged them twice through their website since Sept 4th and have received no response from anyone at all. So, today I filed a dispute for the charges with the credit card company get my money back from this shady company.
