If I could give -1 review I would.

They promised a 5 day delivery, after a month + no show, and no refund from them. Terribly slow replies on emails. Seems like a scam to me. I would not buy from the AT ALL. If you need it urgently do not bother. All in all not a good experience.

Order didn't ship after the 10-day lead time, I chased, then order was cancelled without any reason given. Useless.

While initially placing g an order and waiting wsiting waiting I was advised to hold on I'm glad I fid and my order was pushed along finally and I recieved my 2 x crates of water thankyou ! Beings I cannot get out it s a great help the driver was most polite apogised also for the delay , ( thpugh not his fault) and carried into home for me being oap thankyou bulk direct I regained faith but true correspondence good i can finally thankyou !!!

Had an issue with them they didn’t deliver my bottles of water for a month but they emailed me understood thy had some issues have been a customer do a year I understand that these things happen

Do not buy from this sight. They are scammers. They took my money month ago and didn’t send my items.
And asked for my money back they do not replay to any of my emails. They don’t even bother contacting you back from what’s app group they created. This company is using logos of big companies like Costco and other big companies but they do not have any contact or association with them. Please please do not pay and try to buy anything from them they will not send you your items!

Was worried after I looked at the delivery reviews - Was pleasantly surprised everything was great - I contacted bulkbuy via email about my order and was responded to promptly. Watsapp not so good. Hayk the delivery driver was Amazing - He was patient - Highly recommend. Thank you once again.

I placed an order on the 5th January and was advised 5 working days.
I chased it on the 22nd Jan and got a c0ck and bull story blaming loads of external factors beyond their control, and promising it would be soon.
Today (9th Feb) I have received an auto notification of a full refund, but no covering email to explain or apologise.
What an absolute s**t show.
Don’t waste your time.
They deserve to go out of business

The weirdest online company
I've ever dealt with - I ordered some wine in early November last year (2025) which was followed up by all the usual reassuring order confirmations but then there was nothing - no responses to calls/ emails so clearly a scam - but then......my order arrived today - three months to the day late

I purchased a product from this company, and it has been 16 days with no delivery. They do not respond to any of the contact details they provided, and they do not answer phone calls.

I reported the situation as fraud to my bank using the debit card I paid with, and within 4 days my bank recovered the money from this company.

I strongly recommend that anyone who has not received their order should immediately report it to their bank as fraud without wasting any time.

This company appears to list products below market price to attract buyers and quickly collect money from the market, without delivering anything.

This is clear and deliberate fraud.

Order placed 5th Jan. still not received the order. Ignoring messages and emails. Fraudulent. Don’t bother ordering

Placed order at the beginning of January it’s been 4 weeks and the only update I got was an automated response from some jabroni. Don’t buy from these shmucks absolutely useless. I need to spread awareness for the people.

I left a 1-star review few weeks ago. Seems like the company is going through some trouble. They eventually answer and made sure the parcel was delivered with the updated address. So everything ended well despite the lack of communication. I did have a good experience with them last time so hopefully they'l get back on track quickly;)

Ordered 19 December and delivered on 2 February 2026!! And only after 2 dozen emails/messages which only 3 got a reply, 3 broken deadline promises & the usual excuses that have been mentioned in other 1star reviews. It was only after I had threatened them with a bank chargeback and getting in touch with trading standards was when 2 days later they sent me the actual tracking details and my order eventually arrived at 11:30pm! One of the worst shopping transactions I had ever experienced. If you are willing to wait nearly 2 months for the discounted price then go for it otherwise its best to stay away from this company

Update: did arrive a few weeks later

I placed an order on the 18th of December 2025 for £85.00. It is now the end of January 2026 have not received my good. Sent 4 emails, initial excuse was logistic problem, now no reply to my emails and they don’t answer the phone!
