Efficent and fast delivery only thing that could get better is an update on deliveries as my tracking never changed from waiting for details. Apart from that really nice delivery guy called sof very polite

Not sure if something has happened to the owner. I ordered from the website multiple times in the past. I made an order on the 12th and I’ve had no update and it is the 23rd, which is very unlike the company. I have contacted them via WhatsApp, email and the website’s contact form and still received no reply. I’m not sure what is going on. If there is an issue, it would have been simple to just refund everyone and stop taking orders. From my understanding this is a small business, I am trying to give the benefit of the doubt but there are limits.

Yes, I got an email from them on Monday telling me about their mental health. Something is definitely wrong so please report it to the financial ombudsman and complain-company on the government website. Hopefully there will be an investigation.

If it was possible to give them a humongous zero, I would. Odrer still hasn't been delivered for almost 3 weeks now. Each time I contact them, I receive an automated email with a soppy explanation about how they are short of staffs and drivers, computers are down, they just hired a new secretary who is not there yet on the job, and they have families to cater to, and so much more. They give all these excuses for their absolute incompetence. And this is the second time I've had this delayed delivery issue with them and it will be my last cause I won't be shopping with them anymore cause I thought after apologising the first time, they won't repeat such incompetency again. Their customer service is appalling, disappointing and disgusting.

I ordered on November 3, and despite sending three follow-up emails, to date, my items have not been delivered, but my card has been charged. They responded once to assert that they are a small business and that my order should arrive that week. It didn't

I ordered a box of 30 underbergs on 21st December 2025, still haven’t received them, have emailed bulk buy 4 times and no reply or response , have now WhatsApped and still no response. Money taken from account when ordered🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️I am at my wits end !!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful experience with this company. I placed an order on 5th December. No order updates, no replies to any of my emails, phone calls, or whatsapp messages. Then got a notification this morning (12 Jan) that the order was out for delivery, they delivered today but delivered the wrong items.

Terrible delivery service. Why advertise for a service you can't provide!

No delivery and no E-mail response. I wish I had read all the reviews here before ordering.

Scammer, don’t buy. Never received item over a month ago.

Do not order from these guys. It's definitely a fraudulent site. Placed an order in December, hasn't arrived, no order updates, no replies to any of my emails or phone calls. No customer service or landline phone number. Even their mobile phone number says the "this person cannot be identified". Save your time and the stress and find your items elsewhere. Will have to contact my bank to see if I can get my money back.

Ordered 7 items on 7th December and delivery was supposed to be 5 working days. Items got delivered on 23rd December and only 6 items were delivered. No communication to say delivery would be delayed however they did respond to emails I sent to chase the delivery. Missing item was refunded when I contacted them about it. Good price for items.

Really cheeky tricky company. Place an order for Maple Syrup which I can buy slightly cheaper from my local store but with petrol and shopping pressures I felt a home delivery is more convenient. when I attempted to make payment, it added £7 delivery so I didnt want to proceed. a few minutes later, I recieved an email with a code for free delivery which I used and all went perfectly. A few days later, they sent me an order cancellation with no reason whatsoever and the item is in stock. I can only summise they were insistant on postage being paid...it would have been reasonable if (a) they did not entice me in the first place and (b) were not cheeky by cancelling the order without even an apology...the result...never ever would I use this company or recommend them. Went to local store and bought it anyway

The items I ordered were delivered to the wrong address, not my house, not anyone I know accepting the delivery!
I sent an email and WhatsApp to bulkbuy, one reply back saying they will investigate!
12 days have gone by, more emails and Whattsapp messages sent from me with no reply from Bulkbuy.
There isn't a phone where you can speak to a person, it redirects you to send an email.
What a rubbish experience, definitely won't be using this shower again!!

Delivery advertised as 5 working days.

After 2 weeks and a hastening email, nothing.

Ordered something on the 29th of November with 5 day deliveries. Heard nothing, emailed multiple times with responses of “will check with the warehouse” only to get nothing after. Chased these up to get the same response and then no updates.

3-weeks and still nothing.
5-days promised.
Not even a delivery date. Latest feedback is...
"We are urgently investigating the delivery status with our warehouse and logistics team to determine why the delivery failed and to get a precise, confirmed update."
After 3 weeks of nagging they can't even contact their own warehouse.
What are my chances of receiving anything this side of Christmas? New Year? EASTER?
