My experience with Miles is great they keep you updated with everything and there is a number that you can ring if you want to speak to someone which is always handy.

Apart from the low overall cost for my car insurance, the IT and human support is excellent.

This insurance is largely based on mileage,(assuming you are a safe driver and don't have any, or many, bad experiences whilst driving) so it strikes me as being rather a fair way of determining monthly payments. I imagine if you're a truck driver doing high mileage it might not suit you, but if, like me, you're retired - or you normally don't do large mileages regularly, it might be something to consider. I normally pay something between £3 & £25 p.mth. I haven't had any prangs since taking this insurance out, so can't comment about that.

This is my 2nd year with by miles and it's been rewarding. I only have to pay for the mileage I drive and get free miles
I have contacted the help line and always had any issues sorted immediately. The staff are well trained and courteous at all times. I will use this company as long as I possibly can.
