Weeks for robot vacuum to arrive despite it saying days. The vac is faulty and they are totally unresponsive. Stay well clear, complete rip off

Their communications are Good, Product took 7 weeks to arrive obviously from China, They should mention this at point of sale? nothing wrong with most goods from China, Item cost £150 probably worth about £50

Absolute SCAM. Do not purchase from these scammers. I list £140 and bank couldn’t refund.

Thankfully, they scammed me for not much.
I tried to recover the lost funds through PayPal, but they decided to close the case to the seller's advantage.
I had to accept the 30% discount (Goodwill) offer.
But I haven't received it either.

I think the replies come from AI, very polite indeed.
They are very clever, knowing that we can't do anything.

I would be interested to know if ANYONE managed to get the refund from PayPal or a credit card.

Absolutely rubbish.
Took weeks to receive my order , the order was incomplete. When I contacted company they had to have photos etc . They questioned me endlessly and refused a refund .
I finally agreed to 40%refund and keep the cheap incomplete item .
I cannot recommend this company. They advertise falsely, goods are cheap and useless.
A lesson is learned 😌

Do not purchase anything from the website. Items order over 2 months ago still have not been received.

Received a faulty product, got a full refund from PayPal but then had to pay £34.20 shipping fees to return it to China as per their returns policy.

Ordered the robot vac believing the comparison website claiming it to be uk best robot vac as number one and like other reviews false advertising pretending to be uk based I got suspicious when it hadn’t arrived after a week I emailed them to see where it was and as soon as I saw my reply arrived at 4am I knew it was from china this is just a massive SCAM company which should be avoided like is always said if the offer sounds to good to be true it usually is and should be avoided stay safe and just order from uk eg curry’s etc at least you can return

They have sold the product using another brand name. They have used the name AeroSweep S12 Pro. The AeroSweep S12 Pro is made by Honiture. The product even arrived in a box with no mention of the name AeroSweep S12 Pro. The box product name was HB 801 wireless vacuum cleaner. The product is very cheap and resembles a childs toy. It looks nothing like a AeroSweep S12 Pro, the name of which they have stolen. The product was even advertised as having an 'advanced rotating floor brush'. It has no such thing. This claim has been removed from their website since I brought it to their attention. I had no idea this product was coming from China as their website is under a UK domain. I do not accept their 20% refund and keep the product as the product is not even fit for purpose. Furthermore I do not accept a 40% offer or reduction off any future orders from them. There will be no 'future orders'. I have been sold goods not as described by deceitfully , stealing and using another brand name and even providing the product in a box that quite openly names the product as something completely different. PayPal are also utterly useless as I now have to fork out the costs of a return to China so I have lost out! PayPal do not even give you a means to reply to them in the 'Resolution Centre'. The person behind Calyra is Indian and the company is MARUATI ECOMMERCE LTD

Like others would give 0 stars but not able to. Cancelled my order, but sent it anyway. Now want me to pay to send it back to China. Website gives the impression products despatched in UK. No. Comes from China. 5 to 10 days delivery was actually 2 months.
The robot hover, cleanova glide smart m7 is actually rubbish. Don't believe the reviews. Mine unable to find the rooms to clean, battery lasts about 30 min max, that on standard clean. Robot could not find docking station. Got stuck frequently. Trying to get refund, but don't hold alot of hope. Making claim via credit card company.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Calyra is a complete joke. I ordered two items and only one turned up, after waiting more than a month for delivery.
When I contacted customer service, instead of fixing their mistake, they demanded a photo of the outer packaging — packaging that any normal person would have thrown away weeks ago. This feels like a deliberate excuse to dodge responsibility rather than actually help customers.
The item that did arrive is absolute rubbish — cheap, poor quality, and nowhere near worth the price. Between the painfully slow shipping, missing items, and useless customer support, this company should be avoided at all costs.
Save yourself the frustration and your money. Calyra is not trustworthy.

If I could give no stars I would!
I ordered a telescope for a Christmas present for my son at the beginning of December. Thinking it was a UK website I thought it would be plenty of time for it to be delivered. It’s not a UK site at all. I instantly got worried and looked on trust pilot (which I wish I did before!) only to see negative reviews. Panicking, I emailed the company to ask to cancel immediately, they replied to my email reassuring me I would receive my order but could not cancel the order. There was a tracking code but it’s not really possible to track and still says it’s not been dispatched. Luckily I filed a case on PayPal and today PayPal closed the case in my favour and I thankfully got my money back. Never received the item and glad I didn’t as I doubt it would have been any good anyway from reading other people’s reviews on the products they have received from this scam artist.

Out and out fraud. Sent them £80 for a pair of high end walking poles, received one cheap Chinese knock off and total refusal to refund me. Am taking it up with NatWest fraud department.

I ordered a leaf blower on line via a review. It was ordered on 9 December 2025. I was promised confirmation via email following order. When I didn’t receive one I contacted them and they asked for my email address. This is highly unusual when using Apple Pay and I was concerned at this. However, i have continued to receive reassuring emails but no leaf blower and no return of my money. I have now contacted my bank for help with this awful company.
