This is another scam company posing as Uk when they are Chinese and rubbish .

This doesn’t even deserve one star
Total scam, wish I would have done my research and never ordered from this ‘company’
Ordered a telescope in the Black Friday deal, still no shipping details over a week later and company are not answering emails. Highly doubt I’ll receive my purchase

Exactly the same as Ellis Ducks review ordered hoover had to ask for order number which was not recognised by there track order on their site
4 weeks on no sign of hoover no response via e mail from customer service asking for refund
Absolute scam avoid at all costs

Total scam, order a S21 vacuum at a cost of £138, item received was HB 801 which costs £40 in UK. Item took 3 weeks to arrive. Company not based in UK.

I ordered the robot vaccum on 01/12 2025, still hasn't moved from china, emailed several time email returned undelivered am now trying to get a refund via paypal, not holding my breath, wish I had read these reviews before now. STAY CLEAR unless you want to throw your money away.

Has UK website but are not in UK. I would not have purchased had I known. Waited a while for delivery although communication was good at that time. Item seems poor quality. Front steering wheel fell off within 5 minutes and can’t get any connection with the app. No response from customer service so now communication is non-existent. Robot vacuum doesn’t really work as well as expected, leaves loads of crumbs behind and misses out huge sections of the floor, can’t find its way back to the base for charging.
I feel that I have a cheap copy of what I paid for. I’ve wasted my money but hopefully this review will stop you wasting yours

Seemingly a scam regarding a hoover purchased, tracking number not recognised and no reply from emails

Stay away! This website is part of a coordinated scam funnel. A fake blog they are using to direct people to their site is called ‘toptechdevices.blog’.

To note:
- Young Domain: The SSL certificate was issued on 28 November 2025, suggesting the site is very new.
No Independent Product Reviews: Example - The NoteX Smart Digital Notebook is not mentioned in any major tech roundups or comparison lists.
- Unverified Claims: The site advertises “890+ reviews” but only shows one named testimonial—this is inconsistent and likely misleading.
- Aggressive Scarcity Tactics: Countdown timers, “Only 4 left!” messages, and £50 gift card offers are classic pressure tactics used by drop-shipping or scam sites.

Shame I couldn’t apply a zero. This company is a disgrace. They mislead you into thinking you are going to receive your purchase in days, but I have been waiting since the 14th November and it still hasn’t moved from its despatch location. The customer service team are not helpful at all and make excuses blaming couriers. They were very efficient taking my full payment which I have no chance of a refund from. Do not touch these with a barge pole!

A totally misleading company!
The ad was for a wi fi photo frame with 32GB memory for £129.
When I clicked to buy the email I received said the product was a 16GB memory. Calyra wouldn’t own the issue and told me I owed them an additional £40 to buy the 32GB product.
I asked for a refund but they said the 16GB item wasn’t available and I should pay £40 extra.
They again neglected to refund despite my request as I hadn’t budgeted for another £40.
At this point they still have my money and I’ve no product …not that I want it with this level of doubt about this company’s integrity!

Misleading Website, dupes you into thinking you're ordering a product within the UK
I ordered a vacuum cleaner on the 24th November expecting it to arrive within 5 working days.
As of writing this review it still hasn't arrived. The vacuum is shown in tracking as being shipped from China.
Customer support contacted who report the shipment is in transit.
Wouldn't buy anything from this company again.
