I moved to carfume from drift as after the first month it was so disappointing and wouldn’t last. So far i am very happy with carfume. Smells amazing and lasts!!!!

Refused to cancel the order despite my contacting minutes after placing the order as I had subsequently seen the poor TP reviews. Less than professional response and said they don’t have to cancel anything by saying it was in process which was untrue as it was hours before any dispatch email was sent. Refusal to cancel but have since spoken to numerous people on Facebook who have said the exact same. Keep your money as this company is unfriendly, unhelpful and just downright poor.

Really quick delivery and the product was well packaged. I received the Jamaican Bum Bum fragrance and it smells amazing. The air freshener looks really pretty too. I would definitely continue to use this company. Recommended.

I went for the Platinum Collection, and the scent I chose was “Oud Wood” — rich, warm, and seriously premium. Think high-end cologne meets five-star hotel lobby. It lingers perfectly, never overpowering, and lasts far longer than I expected.

What I love most is the aesthetic. The crystal-style bottle with the gold accent looks sleek, not tacky — like something out of a designer boutique. It turns heads when people get in the car. “What’s that smell?” becomes a regular question… in the best way.

This is my first time ordering and I am so disappointed, for over £10 I was expecting it to actually have a smell, but the Cork doesnt make any smell, is this normal? Super disappointing

Edit: Spare cork never arrived, so my 1 star review remains. Buy elsewhere, much cheaper and better quality would be my recommendation

I last ordered a carfume air freshener in 2018 which was great so I decided to order again in 2025, 3 different ones. They quality of these have dropped significantly. You can only smell them when your stick your nose against but you simply can't smell in the car.

DAMAGED MY CAR. The product has been in my car about a week or maybe two - I opted for Creed, looks good, smells good. BUT as others have said, the product will melt your plastic interior. My air freshener is was hanging off my rear view mirror, and as I was driving today i noticed a drip - realised the wooden cork is really saturated, to the point its dripping product into my car (I literally haven't touched it since fitting it so its not a case that its been shaken or anything like that), and on closer inspection, where its been dripping down into my car its melted the plastic. Luckily in my cup holders, so not majorly noticeable - but would hate for it to have been somewhere more noticeable. Ultimately, either the fragrance, or the carrier oil for the fragrance will melt plastics if it comes into contact with them - including your car. I think carfume will be getting a few claims for damages having seen multiple other similar reviews with damage to cars - they definitely might want to look at their products to limit their liability for damages.

Email on the weekend stating the ari freshener didn't have any smell to it.
Quick got a reply with a 'faulty cork' they've sent new croks & a gesture of good will have also added a refill for me!

Ordered one set of air fresheners and three months later another set arrived. On querying this I was told I had signed up for a subscription, whichI hadn't. This company signs you up without your knowledge. Avoid .

I recieved it in a matter of 2 days, the packaging and the product itself is top quality the scents of the air freshners are amazing they arent too strong like most other brands, the scent also last a few weeks which is amazing, the air freshener is so easy to put in your car and looks really cute in the car.
