Very pleased with my purchase, lovely fragrance for my car, highly recommend.

I officially will not be going anywhere else but Carfume for my cars air fresheners now. The smell is just like the perfumes and it lasts, you can even smell it after being in the car for some time! It lasts ages as well! Amazing value for money and is the only car freshener product (and I have tried lots) that I have been really impressed with! Recommended to my husband, parents and friends!

If I could rate this lower I would. SO ridiculously pricey. And can never actually smell the scent. Also why do they always leak. Such a rip off.

Damaged Car

As others have said, despite using following the instructions perfectly, I returned to my car yesterday and it’s damaged the interior of my car. It’s the whole plastic / material section where the gear stick sits, but the whole surround to it, not the gear stick skirt. I dread to think how many hundreds of £’s this will cost to repair. If I stop anyone from buying these and suffering this, the review is worth it. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE.

After purchasing an order, they ask if you would like to add more products with a discount, do not do this! I made the mistake of doing this, and it changed my order from a one time purchase to a subscription without me realising. I only found out when they recently took money out of my bank and I received an order confirmation email. I was confused and concerned so I emailed the team straight away, this was on a Saturday so they didn’t reply until the Monday. They said that they cannot cancel my order and if I wanted a refund I would have to pay for my order to be returned to them after it arrives. I was very unhappy about this so I looked deeper into what had happened and then sent them proof of the fact I had originally ordered one time purchases of the scents. They have completely ignored me and this is the second problem I have had with this company. Never buying from them again!!!

I can't speak to the quality of the product (see below), but I appear to have had a different experience to many. I ordered for the first time, and it didn't arrive. After an exchange of emails with Jeff (who also gets mentioned in other reviews), I requested a refund, and having just checked my credit card statement, the refund was processed on the same day. Things do go missing in transit occasionally, but I cannot complain with the speed the refund was dealt with.

I brought the mini egg carfume and I wasn't disappointed, the car smells awesome. I didn't mind paying for a quality item. Will definitely be buying from Carfume again.

I bought the mini eggs carfume, not knowing what to expect, and boy was it worth it!! Strong smell without being over powering, leaves my car smelling like chocolate all day long, really worth the few quid it costs

Lovely scent but I had it hanging up in my car for a week and the cork was on the bottle properly in fact I can’t even get the cork off now and when I came back from a walk one day it had been dripping onto my leather car seat.
Not impressed at all and won’t be buying anymore of your products sadly.

Really honest review!

I got this as it’s such a huge hype at the moment thinking aww this will be amazing.

First few days the smell was lovely didn’t fill up the whole car but it was nice then the smell just completely disappeared I was following the instructions Like it says to follow. There is no smell whatsoever even if you tip it up. I don’t use the car often so I should smell it! It’s expensive and it doesn’t last. The tree air freshener last longer than this.

So in my opinion it’s not worth it. It’s okay for the first few days then bam it’s gone.

I have the flower blast carfume, which is a beautiful and unique smell. I love their products and have ordered about 4 times from them. I did have issues with deliveries on a couple of occasions but nothing major and I sent a quick email and it was all dealt with promptly and quickly and the issue sorted out. They were also very apologetic. I will still order my car fumes from them and I do recommend them.

Get notification of a order so I email them to cancel the order immediately
To be told the order I's being processed and that it's not been shipped yet even and they won't cancel it

Avoid.... they gave me migranes so there useless to me and today april the 3rd they have damaged stuff in my car ... don't buy

Be very careful. This leaked onto my in range rover car entertainment screen and it cracked and I was quoted £1400 to replace it.
This is really not worth using for the risk.

Complete and utter waste of money.Followed the instructions to the letter,absolutely no smell in my car . I’d give zero stars if I could .

Great product, exactly as advertised with a good smell too that isn’t too strong! The shipping took a little while maybe between a week and two weeks but there was a cute little surprise in the box of two packets of mini eggs that were free so this more than made up for it! Defintely worth a try if you love the scent of mini eggs.

Ordered 8 days ago. No dispatch email despite the website saying 2-3 days dispatch. No updates, nothing. Still nothing delivered. Bought as a birthday present, now absolutely pointless as that’s been and gone. Will
