Car take back is an excellent service from the moment I phoned them to arrange for my car to be removed from my drive.
I arranged with Car take Back on date and time of collection. It was all straight forward.
I would recommend Car Take Back to family and friends.

No solamente tardaron mucho en venir a recoger el vehículo, sino que me bajaron la tasación una vez lo recibieron sin cambio alguno en las condiciones, como llevo mas de un mes reclamando la documentación del vehículo, ya sea baja o transmisión.
No merece la pena estar preguntando constantemente y preocupado por la situacion del vehiculo.

The whole experience was made very easy and any staff I came into contact with were very polite and friendly and helped me through a process I had never had experience of before this. The price I was offered for my vehicle was better than other companies I contacted (even though I still felt it was worth a little more).

Simple and easy process for me. Register the car for collection. Await phone call and arranged for collection from the cars location that wasn't even my home address. Offered more money than T-Met for less of the hassel. Win win in my book.

I have been patient but made false promises over a VC5 document reference that I need to reclaim my Full Years car tax back. They answer the phone but don’t do what they promise……

No complaints , My car was collected at the agreed time. Payment the next day , All good.

Got a quote on line which just required reg number and to answer a few questions. Process was very simple . Accepted quote on line and then got a call from them to arrange collection .
Had a call on the day of collection just to confirm everything was still okay for collection . They took the car and money was paid into my bank account straight away.

Was emailed on 15th after i received a quote from Car Take Back, price and terms were agreed, collection was due today Thursday 17th September between 3 and 5pm, requested an earlier slot to which i was notified i would be let known should that be possible, no response from the team, to which i followed with an update to which they replied with they are fully booked as i am far out the way, just wanted some transparency so i can make a decision as to what i could possibly do and reached out again to find out if they were actually serious to which i received a reply from a gentleman claiming they have more vehicles and he makes no decision as to the exact day as to when this could be collected. I just wish i didnt have to wait 2 days to know the service being offered is uncertain.

I can see alot of people have had a good experience however that doesnt take away the experience i have acknowledged.
