Great experience all round. Best quote and fastest service. The guy who collected the car was very efficient. It wasn’t drivable and was parked at an awkward angle but he made it look effortless. 5*

Asked for lots of personal details ie
Asked for lots of personal details ie. Copy of photo id, bank details, photo of V5. Have not turned up at all on day of collection with no explanation as to why. I phoned 3 times between the hours of 15.00 & 17.00 to have my call diverted to “dispatch” & only go through to the voicemail every time. Funny thing is I wasn’t even bothered about receiving a payout for the vehicle, I just need it gone so we can move house. Thanks for wasting my time and making me wait a week only for you not to turn up. Could have used a proper company in that time.
