Very straight forward and everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly

This was an efficient process. Good comms, did precisely what they said they would when they said they would. Felt like I was dealing with humans not bots & scripts.

Everything was made easy and straight forward

Don’t use this company!!!

I had a email confirming that my collection had been accepted and clearly stating:

“Your car will be collected and you’ll get £2,500.”

The email also said “your reference number or a copy of your quote to guarantee the price.”

Following this, I received a phone call during which I answered all questions about the vehicle honestly and confirmed that the information provided was accurate and that nothing had changed.

I was then informed that the offer was now only £650.

This is a reduction of £1,850, yet no satisfactory explanation has been provided. I have also been told to contact CarTakeBack, despite the telephone number in your email connecting me to Redcorn.

Cartakeback says there offer is subject to change, however it doesn’t say this on the email anywhere!!

No issues with the car at all. Body work perfect, internal perfect. No mechanical issues. Hasn’t been seen in person, so no reason to drop the price.

Avoid!!!!

5 stars. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was no back and forth on the phone very straight forward. The quote given was what I got back. Money was received in my bank after 2 hours of collection. Car was collected within 5 days including bank holiday weekend. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future

They gave me highest price out of all quotes I got . Picked car up couple days later as arranged and at time they said. Got call first thing to confirm from driver and another when he was 45 mins away. Got money 24 hours later in my bank.

I've had to deal with some absolute legends of customer service over the years—Virgin Media, British Gas and Thames Water—but congratulations to this company for snatching the gold medal.

Trying to arrange a scrap car collection has been like trying to contact a distant civilisation using two tin cans and a piece of string.

I've lost count of the number of phone calls, voicemails and promises of "someone will call you back." Apparently "we'll be there today" actually means "we'll see how we feel."

They tell you to stay in all day waiting for collection, which is a bit like waiting for an Evri parcel... except even Evri has a better chance of turning up.

Communication has been so poor I'm starting to think I'm the one being scrapped.

Then, in a masterpiece of comedy, they emailed asking, "How did we do?"

Well, unless your business is collecting disappointment instead of cars, I'd say you've absolutely nailed it.

The guy who collected my car was such a lovely bloke. It was sorted efficiently and so quick. Only had time for a few tears . Honestly, couldn't say a negative thing. Thanks
