Excellent customer service and we’re pleased with our furniture.

What a great experience from start to finish. We love our new sideboard from CASE.

After searching on lots of websites, I contacted Case by telephone to inquire about their counter stools. Martha was very helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered 3 Profile counter stools (in oak and cream), and was delighted when Martha contacted me to say that delivery would be much quicker than originally expected. The stools arrived well packaged, and I am very happy with the style and quality. They are very well made, and although they were more expensive than other stools I had looked at, they are quality pieces of furniture.
Customer service was excellent, Martha kept me informed of delivery etc.
The only slight issue was that the delivery driver refused to take the pallet (that the stools were delivered on) away as we had been told he would. But that isn’t Case Furniture’s fault, and Martha did try to sort that slight issue.

The Stanley Armchair is our second item of "case" furniture. We love the mid-century "clean-lines" of Matthew Hilton's beautiful furniture designs. "Case" furniture is superbly crafted. The sales/admin team were very professional, helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this company.

I love with my new, very beautiful table. Case Furniture's customer service to fix up delivery time with their contract delivery company was communicated well. Although delivery was later in the evening than scheduled, the table was assembled quickly and with care.

Case Furniture proved to be good value and easy to deal with from both a sales and aftersales perspective. The delivery was on time and done with the utmost care.

A great product, well made, exactly as specified, well packed and presented. It has already given me hours of pleasure, being able to read in a dark but cosy corner.

I decided to indulge my taste for Case Furniture by adding another Oki Nami chair to my set by buying one in their outlet.

I hadn’t dealt with the showroom previously but for this transaction needed to sort it all out with them.

Martha was incredibly helpful from start to finish - sending me photos of the chair, sorting out the order & updating on pick up etc.

Case is definitely the place to go for well designed & good quality furniture & good customer service too.

A bit of a wait but my bench was beautiful and very carefully wrapped, great communications all the way too.
