I've used the Birkenhead cash converters for a while now and I use this store for any household needs or goods. The staff here make me think of the store firstly before any others just because of the service I get, oftentimes I find myself passing by just to say hello.

Called the Finchley store and spoke to Chris about an item I had seen online which he reserved for me. I collected and got great service from Christina, was in and out in a couple of minutes. Thank you both!

SOLD A FAULTY ITEM AND IT PICK UP ONLY. I SPENT £30 TO PICK UP BY COURIER AND ANOTHER £30 TO RETURN IT.
SAMSUNG SOUND BAR Q950T. now they have reListed it after I returned it for another victim. Made me waste £60 at this hard times. Pure evil for relisting it and describing it for very good is dangerously evil.

I wrote a review yesterday for Noah at Wallsend Newcastle.
Following this visit I noticed some expensive mens shoes for sale.
I contacted a few people as they were such a bargain and my daughters house mate was interested.
My dilemma was I hadn’t taken photographs and they may have sold.
I knew exactly who would help me…..the manager from Byker/Newcastle Andy)
I phoned him this morning for advice and he informed me everything was online!!! I’m a mature lady and perhaps should have realised this, but people I’ve spoken to since obtaining this knowledge were all surprised.
I sent a text to my daughter to take a look at them and sure enough she purchased them!!!
Her housemate is delighted and I think they’ll be checking this site in the future.
This has all developed from me chatting to Andy one day and as he is so personable ( as are the staff) he builds up a good rapport with customers.

Wakefield store is welcoming and the people who work there are very polite and i have taken alot to them and there are fair on what they give u and always willing to help u with what ever u are looking for i would recommend to anyone who is looking for a store thats looking for very good prices on goods and polite staff

They have a sign up we buy gold I took £1600:chain and a £400 bracelet and they offer me £310 for the both I had this with them before I took sovereign ring 9 carat gold and they offered me £50 which I sold are eBay for £320 I advise anyone who is selling gold don’t go there like what shocked me I sold them a chain for £600 which then they put up for £1200 so I would take your we buy gold sign and put up we buy gold cheap well below scarp value I worked it out about £10 the scarp value today £17.72 the gold I took in were brand new and not scarp you would be making £7.72 a gram I don’t think I will be using you and my tip to anyone selling gold shop around bullion by post are paying £17 a gram if you can wait uses them

Bought a rower from the Lewisham branch. Spoke to Godwin on the phone and arranged to pick up over the weekend. Item was exactly as described. Excellent to deal with, honest and fair. Would def buy from them again.

Fulham cash convertors, we're extremely helpful. For years I didn't believe I would be excepted, but I was reassured by Michelle, was had a smile that couldn't be wiped off, explained the procedure to me, and from them a weight of stress was lifted. I was too used to selling my stuff I didn't want to do it anymore and have to pay double for it, all I did was pay back what we agreed and im back with my belongings and only saving most of the retail price compared to the interest added on. Going back for a second time in the matter of months which adds up to a day's pay.
