My initial enquiry was Online and Mark was on Holiday, however he took time out and helped me with my enquiry which turned into a purchase , I would have no hesitation in recommending Cast Fireplaces and I am now going to purchase another Stove from Cast Fireplaces. Brilliant

I felt a bit nervous ordering a new fireplace online without seeing it but decided to give it a go. Cast fireplaces provided quick delivery and the item is just as described. It looks really nice quality and was a really reasonable price.

Excellent first class service from a family run British business. Assistance from Mark when choosing the right fireplace to suit my requirements. Hearth cut to my exact specification. Pointers during installation and the added bonus of delivery by his own staff. Delivery driver was great, very careful with all items ensuring they arrived in pristine condition. A superb experience from start to finish.

Driver helpful and delivered

Great looking fireplace at a competitive price.
We ordered and received an email that our order was being processed. We then waited for further communication. After two weeks, we hadn't received any notifications. After contacting Cast, we were given a delivery date and told that we'd be contacted again at the weekend. Again, Cast did not contact us and I had to contact them to ensure delivery date was still going ahead.
Each time I contacted Cast, I received a prompt, polite reply apologising for lack of contact.
Delivery went ahead on the promised day and I was very pleased with the product.
I would have rated 5 stars if the communications that Cast promised had been forthcoming without me having to chase them up.
