A painless process and great communication

Amazing customer service and delivery bang on time that perfectly suited my busy day. Mark emailed on a Sunday to answer a question, I rest my case... Very pleased with fire surround and excellent value for money. Can't recommend highly enough.

We’ve used cast fireplaces for year’s as a supplier of products, service as always been second to none! Mark and is staff have an extensive knowledge of all there products and are always there to help!!

Great service, knowledgable staff and very helpful, products were delivered next day which was handy.
Only slight annoyance was the limestone surround fixings. The bracket holes were behind a stone block glued to the uprights and made fixings annoying, longer brackets would solve this and an easy change for manufacturer to change. Will use Cast Fireplaces again for sure.

We had a custom mantel made to restore the look of our victorian house. It's absolutely stunning.

Mark was really helpful and answered all questions for us. Nothing was too much.

The delivery person was also going to install it which would have been so helpful, but we wanted to paint it first.

The stove was recommended by our installer and is just perfect for the room. The quality of the unit is extremely high with clear instructions and was easily fitted. The unit was delivered to our installer as promised and our overall experience has been exemplary.

Very pleased with our order. We had phoned them up to query something on the website description and they were very friendly and helpful in explaining everything plus how best to install the hearth. As a diy're this was brilliant.
The delivery was quick too. I'd give this company 5*.

After paying 229.00£ for a fire place box too use in my cast iron fire suround, i was not happy with the item for a few reasons 1st was the flame was miniscule and did not have the effect i was after , i used about 250ml of fuel too try it out , it lasted around half an hour . 2nd thing was the fake coals that come with it are not allowed on the flames . So a bit pointless .They did hid the metal box though ! After the dissapointment of my trying it all out . I messaged the company too discuss my options for returning the items , wich i was told there is no options for returning the goods once opened and used , even though it would not need much to clean the parts up . Just letting people know . Waste of money in my eyes .

Very quick and responsive customer service. Delivery man very nice and the delivery was very quick after the order was placed. The fire surround is beautiful and very well crafted. I am delighted with it.

The hearth was really well made, arrived on time and was exactly as ordered. Delivery charge was more than I would have expected, but it was a heavy item and they deliver themselves, which means less chance of damage.

I telephoned at 11.10 to check stock and ordered online and parts delivered next day. Amazing Customer Service 👏👏👏👏👏

I bought a beautiful fireplace and surround, but it turns out that it is the wrong size and now I am scratching my head about how to fit it. For this reason I would not recommend that anyone buys a fireplace from a company that just provides the product and does not fit it.

Good quick feedback, help and advice. Some unique items and very well made. Would recommend.
