Contacted Cast fire places as we needed a replacement grate for the fire that was in our house when we moved in, the person who emailed me back asked me to send pictures of said fireplace and within a few minutes emailed me back to tell me which fireplace we had and which grate would fit. Fire surround looked good on their website, and seemed to be good value, but my installer had a few questions, both of which were answered by email very quickly, even though I had emailed during the evening. Surround was very well packaged and safely delivered by their own (very helpful and courteous) driver, and when unpacked and installed, the fire surround looks every bit as good as the pics on the website. Very pleased with it!
