The ordering was very easy ,also communication about delivery. The actual delivery was brilliant ,on time and the delivery man was extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
The stove is being fitted as we speak so hopefully all will be well and I can say 11/10!!

Excellent company and products
Excellent company - really well priced, good comms and reliable delivery :) We were so satisfied with the first fireplace suite we ordered that we ended up buying a second set. Wish all suppliers were this efficient and easy to deal with. Their accredited installer in West Sussex was also a dream to work with.

I ordered my fireplace in June 2024. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The delivery was on time and the men were also very helpful. I am very pleased with my fireplace also my hearth and would recommend CastFireplaces without hesitation.

Product quality rubbish
Product quality rubbish. Returned item, they refused to accept it. Were very happy to fib me off and let me "claim on my insurance". Felt absolutely scammed

You returned the beam to us by parcelforce who damaged it I sent you photos of how it arrived and refused delivery of this.
I called you straight away and offered help for you to make oarcelforce claim on the insurance.
How this then becomes my fault and we scammed you I have no idea.
Why have you given us a 1 star feedback for your negligence and choosing to return a fragile item by the post.
To expect us to refund an item you returned damaged is beyond the realm of belief and what a nasty attitude to have 4 months later leaving us negative feedback.
