Great service, fast delivery, no complaints. Everything was perfect. Spoke to Emily on the phone and she was an amazing help. Would definitely recommend.

absolutely terrible ordered 8 days ago still nothing and told i can not cancel my order. So First and last order ever with this set of cowboys

Easy online ordering, good competitive prices , well known products , kept up to-date from order to delivery. Will certainly look to this company for our needs first.

Made a purchase for a griddle. Bit worried after reading reviews but all sorted with good comms throughout.

Where do I even begin?! The whole process has just been appalling and frustrating. I initially raised an issue as I was having problems with my unit since last year (bearing in mind the issue was not fixed) and ever since there's just been so much back and forth with no actual resolution and feedback. Long story short, they basically drag things out so much that your item goes out of warranty so they can close off the case. Bloody bullocks.

Exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price, and fast affordable delivery.

Excellent and professional service.
Massive variety.
Great Prices.
Fast delivery!
I'm very impressed with this company and highly recommended them.

I needed my order urgently , sent an email and received my item next working day . I want shop anywhere else before I check catering centre first .

Good service.. crockery was really good quality%

I made a mistake in the delivery address so the item was returned to the seller. I contacted them straight away and the item was sent out again the same day. Very good service from this company.

The pasta/soup bowls are exactly what I wanted. They look excellent quality and the service and delivery was exceptional.

Competitively priced glassware was perfect for our needs. Delivered quickly, all in great condition

Have order quite a few times now all arrives quickly and very efficient, all issues dealt with quickly

I recently ordered online from The Catering Centre for a second time, and I must say, I was impressed. Ordering was easy and the items arrived swiftly. While there was a minor issue with a box of damaged goods, a quick phone call and the simple task of emailing some photos of the damage were all it took to resolve the issue promptly. Emily, who handled the correspondence via email, was instrumental in ensuring a smooth resolution. Her efficiency and professionalism were commendable. I highly recommend Catering Centre for their excellent online ordering and commitment to customer satisfaction.
