Purchased table lights. Price, communication and delivery were all spot on. But, when 2 of the lights failed several months later (due to a manufacturing fault, beyond Catering Centre's control), the speed and efficiency of the response was exceptional.

Communication was quick and clear and the items were replaced within 36hrs.

Genuinely impressed, as so many hospitality suppliers really fall down on service.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I received my order damaged twice, and unfortunately I did not receive any compensation for either issue.

Please take more care with the packaging for future orders. The current packaging does not seem strong enough to protect the products during delivery. If this continues, you could lose a lot of customers.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the packaging so customers receive their orders safely and in good condition.

Arcoroc wine glasses, so good quality. Website not brilliant, but worked. Glasses received in 2 days at standard delivery rate. No breakages!

My order was placed and processed in minutes with delivery received the following day - that's what you call service, this family run business beats the big websites hands down.

Excellent products, great service, communication and fast delivery. I contacted customer care by telephone who were also very helpful before placing my first order.
I would definitely recommend this company and will be using again.

Poor customer service. The products arrived damaged, and despite reporting the issues, the company refused to resolve the situation. Very disappointing experience as all the staff ignored their own return policy and dismissed any communication.

Great products and good prices. Resonable postage charges and quick delivery. Would recommend them.

I placed order #281919 on 22 July 2026 because the website advertised next-day delivery. A full week later, the order still has not arrived, and I have received no meaningful update about where it is or when it will be delivered.

Only after paying £250.42 did the order confirmation state that next-day delivery was unavailable and deliveries could take up to three days. Even that timeframe has now passed. Advertising next-day delivery and then revealing after payment that it is not available is completely misleading.

I have also emailed the company and received no reply. Taking payment immediately while failing to dispatch the goods, provide tracking, or respond to customers is unacceptable.

This order contained essential catering equipment that I needed urgently for my business. Had the website clearly stated the real delivery time, I would have ordered elsewhere.

I am now raising a dispute with my bank to recover the full payment of £250.42.

Extremely poor service, misleading delivery information, and no communication. I would not order from Catering Centre again and would advise other businesses not to rely on their advertised delivery promises.

Didnt have the goods so cancelled order , according to them didnt get cancellation from me ,so sent the goods out weeks after, took ages to arrange collection, collected goods not had credit , when chased they tell me they no longer use world pay so cant check what absolute nonsense. dont ever use them useless

We had two orders and one arrived after 2 weeks of back anf forth as the delivery driver kept going to the wrong address. Thankfully the place it was delivered to got in touch with us. The second order has never arrived and two months have passed. We have been chasing a refund and keep getting told the item needs to be returned. No answer when you call the number. Absolute disgrace!

I placed my first order with the Catering Centre, it was easy to use the online ordering system. The goods came quickly and well packed. Now we are using them we are really happy with the quality and feel they are good value for money. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them again for our business catering needs.

We purchased 10 table tops which according to the instructions had special fixings supplied. We tried ringing customer service many times but no one answers, the message chat didn't work and emails to along time to reply.
They kept making excuses for the fixings not being supplied so in the end to get the tables in use we had to purchase the fixings ourselves.
Customer service aren't interested as they've had our money.
Avoid this company if you want decent service

I am a new customer, the delivery was quick and well packaged. The quality is great and good value for money. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future for my business needs.

Despite my order being cancelled on the 26th May a refund has still not been issued. A chargeback has been lodged.

Had an issue with a damaged item and a sealed box of items missing components. Issue was dealt with promptly and replacements sent out quickly. Many thanks
