I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. My query was dealt with promptly and efficiently and with courtesy. Excellent service.

customer service replied promptly to give tracking. Order was delivered in reasonable time. Product was as described. Everything was great. I prefer to support smaller businesses where possible.

Worst company in the world. Do not order from here ! never answer phone, can't get hold of anyone. Nothing gets delivered and can't chase up or find out where anything is ! live chat, email replies nothing !!!!

I paid these crooks £5000 over 3 months for a rational and was supposed to be refunded 6 weeks ago as they don’t have the stock…

Purchased a commercial Dishwasher they gave me a really long arrival date wasn’t acceptable when I said cancelled and they offered a sooner date not knowing what item was received was faulty wasted the engineer’s Time install installing it to find out the control board had water all over it inside so it looks like it’s been used or damaging transit being left out somewhere before it got delivered. Microswitch was damaged these guys are useless not taking the blame nor helping the costs for getting it repaired these and hobart disgusting should be ashamed of themselves daylight robbery

Easy ordering, good price and arrived when expected in sturdy box packed well.

I received an email to say they are no longer in stock, despite being advertised on their website and offered a replacement.
I did not want a different plate as they wouldn’t match what we already have,
I wondered why they were advertised and money taken if not available!
I stated I wanted a full refund -
‘Emily’ who’s been mentioned in other bad reviews, was rude saying I wouldn’t find them anywhere and I was to wait 5-7 days for my refund!!! ?
Would never ever recommend anyone buying from this site as they are advertising goods they don’t have!

I bought 2 victorinox bread knives.
The Quality is very good and I Just have to wait couple of days to get the delivery

Only one pack of plates arrived- spoke to Emily, the (not so) charming member of staff who informed me the weight of the package was as it should be - I then had to provide written confirmation the item had not been delivered and i provided measurements to prove it would be impossible for the outer box to contain more than one box! Emily argued every point of my email complaining about the poor customer service - she did say it could take up to 72 hours to get a response from the company where the item came from - their word against mine presumably? But as it is now over a week later and I have received no further communication, I think we can safely say I won’t be hearing from Emily again and neither will I be receiving the missing plates or a refund, judging by the comments made from numerous other duped customers

We ordered a pharmacy fridge on behalf of one of our customers. I don't believe we have used the company before but I cannot fault the ordering process or delivery, which is rare to say. We will use the company again

Great company to deal with. Order was straight forward. A few breakages on arrival (just one of those things) but this was resolved straight away. Definitely use again.

Cateringcentre offer a fantastic range of quality items at very competitive prices and provide a super fast delivery with very well packaged items. The website is clear (although the flashing yellow and black is off-putting) and it is easy to place orders. My return did take about 5 days days to complete due to having to wait for a return number but it all worked well. Customer service was very good and friendly. Highly recommend!

We’ve used this catering Centre many times and never had any issues. They stock the same well-known brands as other suppliers, but what stands out is their attention to packaging—especially when it comes to delicate items like china. Always professional, with fast and reliable delivery.and most of the time prices are very competitive

Do not buy from this company!! I bought a sink two months ago, it was meant to be delivered in two weeks, it didn't arrive, I contacted them, they wanted to deliver it a month later so I cancelled the order (order 253390, Franke Sissons double sink, order placed on 11/07/25). Over a month later still no refund and they are not replying to emails (I have contacted them twice over the past week) I have no choice but reporting them for fraud, they owe me £1400… Do not buy anything from this company!!

THESE GUYS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN YOU CALL THEM. THEY KNOW VERY LITTLE OF THEIR OWN STOCK AND are INCAPABLE OF GIVING YOU A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE. LIFE IS TOO SHORT, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE MUPPETS . we are looking to purchase 300 units and you was not offering anything to us and your phone manner needs a vast improvements

My second review for this terrible company. Still awaiting refund from a canceled order from May. It was only cancelled as they didn't have the stock but were happy to take our money (over £800). I have already left one negative review that caught their attention and led them to getting in touch with me but since then silence and still no refund. Absolutely disgraceful company. I am hoping this review catches their attention and we can finally get our money back.

Spare parts and accessories for a Buffalo CD400 mincer, 2 items out of the 4 were out of stock. I was contacted and asked whether to proceed with the order, I was quite happy to get the other items. Good communication between seller and myself and prompt delivery.
