Bought a griddle, turned up looking like it had been through the wars. Certainly not a new griddle. Asked for a refund to be told it will take 10-14 after they receive it. I made payment straight away so I expected a refund to be initiated once they receive the item not weeks down the line. Very bad service!

Easy ordering process and fast delivery. Communication is good so you know exactly when to expect delivery.

Terrible customer service. Doesn't reply to any messages.

I only went with this company because I was desperate, after seeing the reviews.
I called to make sure they had the items in stock - they did. I even asked for next day delivery but I was told it wasn't an option as it was a large order.
I ordered on Friday evening, stating it was needed by Wednesday the following week(next day shipping, should be plenty of time, right??)
Called on Monday afternoon, I was told, yep all good, still on track. Asked for tracking, I was told it was not available yet. Called again on Tuesday, same again. Now I am alarm bells are ringing.
I get an email on Wednesday afternoon(the day of requested delivery) stating "the courier returned the items due to damage in transit". No tracking, no phone call, nothing.
The email also said that I had unfortunately missed the cut off for next day delivery hahahaha! Somehow NOW that was an option!!?
Terrible to do that to people with no consideration of how your actions will affect their lives.

Horrific customer service. 4 months later I'm still waiting for a Marco hot water tap purchased via Catering centre for a lot of money, and they offer no tangible updates or show any care that we've experienced such a delay. AVOID

Really happy with the excellent service I received. Would really recommend. Great choice of products and fast delivery.

Bought a toaster from them.
Faulty after a week.
After 9 months still no refund after they mislaid the return.
I would not recommend or use them again.
Customer service is aweful.

Competitive pricing, easy ordering, prompt delivery

I felt the need to write a review, as I have read many recent reviews which were not good. I can understand thier concerns, but my experience was a very well packed item (catering chopping boards) delivered by Parcel Fource to my home address within a day of the "expected delivery". So very happy its arrived.

The difficulties are, once the order is procesed, an invoice is received "as complete" and thats it.
Till the delivery arrives, its a will it arrive or not? so with lots of negative reviews in mind there is little to be reasured your money is well spent on this service.

But well done for delivering a quality product.

Bought a 24cm saute pan at a very good price. Quality product delivered well packaged 4 days later. Very pleased. Would use again and recommend this company.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this catering centre. I sent multiple emails with questions and concerns, but none of them were answered in a timely manner—or in some cases, not at all.

After the event, I found myself having to chase them repeatedly for a refund that was promised to me. Despite several follow-ups, there was no clear response or resolution, and I had to keep pushing to get any updates. The lack of professionalism and the frustration of dealing with such poor customer service has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

Good products, easy purchase and prompt delivery

I ordered a product for my business over 2 weeks ago and it never arrived although it was marked as delivered.
I have been trying to call and email to resolve this, but the phone is never answered and the emails have been unanswered too with auto responses. It has not been possible to contact anyone in the Liverpool or London office. I am starting to wonder if I may have been the victim of a scam.

Managed to get products at half the cost of my local supplier, extremely fast delivery with great communication from company. Excellent product range with some really fantastic deals. Will now use this company for all my restaurant and bars needs.

Shocking level of customer service. If you're expecting a next day delivery based on what the website says then simply forget it.
Website clearly states that orders will be sent next day if placed before 4pm.
Phoned to ask when my delivery was going to be and was told that orders placed after 12pm will processed the next day and then be allocated a delivery date. T's&C's say they won't guarantee next day delivery. Whilst I wouldn't hold them responsible for courier failures, the very least would be to actually send it on a next day service. This want even the cheapest I could find the product, I literally only used them because of the service they said they could provide.

Ordered Mitre Comfort Ultraloft Pillows which arrived the next day. Couldn't fault the product, price or quick turn around on the order.
