Brilliant product delivered in recorded time

Ordered parts 3 months ago never arrived, tried to contact company numerous times receiving only one reply telling me my order was on the way, 2 months ago. Car has sat on axle stands this whole time. I'm sure trading standards would be interested in this case seeing all the other poor reviews. Avoid at all costs may as well just burn your money.

I ordered a Tenaci Motorsport Sprung Organic Clutch on the 7th of July we are now in September and still hasnt been dispatched. It is true what people are saying on here about the company not caring now im having to try and get my money back via chargeback. Mistakes happen but its been two whole months and still nothing I even emailed them gave them 24 hours to reply and got nothing back because you cant directly call them which is great. Thanks for wasting my time.

It’s all fake I’ve spend 549€ on a clutch and as soon as they’ve got the money just told me some fake news about the delivery, they even send me a fake tracking number where they never delivered anything, and the started ghosting me when I said I wanted a refund. It’s a f****** revolut bank account no pay pal accepted. Just run from this guys. If you want any of this material check out speeding performamce, that’s where I finally bought my clutch and got it delivered.

Just read all these comments and be smarter then us. Lost 2k on my order, zero communication.
I agree with the previous guy: Don`t order anything unless you want to lose your money.

Very slow delivery and when finally ordered parts arrived after 1,5 month, they were totally wrong (car make was right, but everything else wrong). And after that they promised to send right parts but now after like 3 months, no response or no part or nothing. Don`t order anything unless want to lose your money.

Paid £750 for a clutch and flywheel on the 3/05/26. never received order confirmation, 3 days had passed and heard nothing. sent an email asking for an order update and delivery ETA and whether this was a stock item (which on the website clearly states if its a made to order item you will be notified upon order confirmation with an ETA).

my email was responded to the same day 6/05/26. with "i will check with the team and get back to you" baring in mind this is a one man band (check companies house) i found that alarming.

11th of may end of the day still heard nothing sent an email stating my concerns and he responded with

"We were awaiting information from our supplier, as part of your kit is on backorder. However, the parts required to complete the kit are due in the next few days. From this point, the order will be shipped with our 24-hour shipping service.

Apologies for the delay on this so far and that no one has been in touch already to let you know about the delay that was going to occur.

14/05/26. still no update so email sent stating that i was going to be calling the bank to retrieve my funds. i got a response the same day stating the clutch and flywheel would be delivered to me for 19/05/26. no tracking number provided or any shipment notifications which for a £750 delivery just doesn't happen.

gets to the the end of the day on 20/05/26 and nothing still no delivery not even a tracking number or courier communication. Sent multiple emails since then and I've just been completely ignored since being given the fake delivery date.

Never use this company. Ordered items in April. Was meant to be sent but items were never dispatched. Had to have a charge back through the bank in May when I realised I'll never get the item dispite numerous promises. He then challenged the charge back in June......why when you didnt even dispatch the item. Do not use this company. Waste of time and space.

Ordered my intercooler on the 23rd of April 2026 was told 5/6 days as it was out of stock , then constantly chased after a two weeks no response. Got an email after all that saying a resolution will be sorted and emailed again after another week nothing ! No communication ,no estimation absolutely nothing still trying to a hold of them still and nothing constantly trying to chase up anyone to email me. It’s been a month since I ordered my intercooler.

If i could put 0* i would. Absolutely shocking. Almost a month without order even being shipped. Original item was out of stock so was swapped to an item 'readily available'. 3 weeks later, despite multiple emails no response. When i requested cancellation and refund, suddenly an order was on its way. Item that turned up was not even close to the correct item. Absolute p*** poor communication and service. Simply put, just shop elsewhere, you'll actually get a service and what you order.

I would have given NO stars if there was a choice. I ordered a part off the web site around the 12/04/26 and its now 28/05/26 and still no part. I have contacted them numerous times only to have my emails ignored. Then a random one apologising for the delay and they are looking into it. Saying they pride themselves on customer service. Over a week later and two more emails sent to them. Again ignored. This is my worst ever online shopping experience ever. Now I bet they will reply in here pretending they will sort it and they are sorry. It appears to be all smoke and mirrors to me.

I have never before witnessed a company avoid customer order queries in such a fashion.
I placed an order 8 weeks ago and it’s safe to say my order won’t be here anytime soon, if ever. I’m yet to receive a tracking number following countless requests.
How companies are allowed to operate like this is beyond me.
Really disappointed.

Terrible company.
Ordered a turbo manifold for a 1jzgte VVTI and was contacted saying it may be shipped a few days later than expected, no big deal. I then heard nothing for weeks.. I tried contacting them for weeks and let it go on for a month before either barely any contact or they kept saying it would be shipped immediately.. it never was. Funnily enough they started to respond quick enough after I put in a chargeback claim with my bank, they emailed trying to get me to cancel the chargeback, of which I have email evidence of them saying so, also trying to lie saying it would take 75 days for such thing to happen.. little did they know I already had my money returned so they had no leg to stand on.. I wouldn't have minded waiting a little if it had to be made/ordered in but it was the communication that put me off massively, of which caused them to loose a customer, and I'm sure many more. I would reccommend anyone to avoid this company at all costs and judging by other reviews it seems like a common occourance

Don’t bother.
Spent £400 on a genuine vertex wheel. Ordered in Feb with 1-3 day delivery.
Nothing at all turned up.
Messaged them to see what was going on as it was a birthday present and they said they would send a gift note. They never did.
Kept chasing
Disputed with Klarna and they clearly ignored them too.
It’s now April and I’ve only just gotten my money back after they pied me off for months on end after promises of chasing my order.
Waste of time and just disappointed. Convinced the item didn’t even exist.
LISTEN to all these negative reviews because I didn’t and look where it got me

Ordered at the beginning of February arms that were "In Stock" on the website.

When they didn't arrive, a week + later I emailed them asking them when it would arrive as we had no tracking number. They notified me that they are out of stock and we have alternatives. They're EXTREMELY slow replies made it take almost a week to even get the new ones ordered and placed of which I received the invoice immediately.

That was 2 weeks ago now almost and still not here, multiple emails to them of which have just been ignored. Asked for a refund, also been ignored.

I'd avoid this place tbh.
