Started good over 1k in parts they contacted to make sure fittment after that been 2 months now they don’t reply they don’t try make any contacts as I’m requesting cancellation and refund very unhappy with it as I hoped the reviews I had read wasn’t complete true and they can’t be so bad but looks like they struggling

Stay well clear of this shop no contact ordered mst intake cover never arrived and can’t get in contact with people nobody will reply bad customer service

Ordered a set of HSD monopro coilovers that were supposed to be in stock but were actually dropshipped two weeks later. Fine.

HSD has 'default' and 'track' spring rates available for these coilovers and cdmsport's site mentions nothing about this so I assume I'll get the default (what I want) or they'll contact to ask. Nope, he decided I want track springs. I thought, no worries we'll get them exchanged

I tell him of the mistake and a week later he says 'no problem I'll send you the right springs'. I wait patiently for 2 months. No reply to emails. Nothing.

PayPal won't entertain a dispute because I waited too long. Now I have to pay for new springs but at least I got something for my money unlike a lot of other people.

Ordered over €1000 worth of parts on the 26th of March, impossible to get in contact with. 14th of June still no parts or refund. Emailed me on the 18th of April to say everything will be shipped the following Monday, still nothing. Fake tracking numbers. Nothing but lies. Absolute conman. ORDER INV2025-1797

Zero communication, been waiting weeks.
Like Ed, I don’t mind waiting either but I need some form of reassurance I’ll ever get what I paid for.
I’ll have to try and claim my money back from my bank which sounds like great fun.

Ordered some coil overs from this MOB . Showing in stock - not in stock and forgot about my order. Difficult to get in touch with. Kept getting silly promo e-mails from Conor - had to unsubscribe . Now they are closed for some event and a bank holiday that is a full week away. Should not be in buisness.

Currently trying to initiate a charge back with my card supplier.

Ordered some parts 3 weeks ago and zero communication from CDM.
I have no issue with waiting for my parts however I don’t think I’m ever going to receive them.

Their communications are awful they haven’t replied to a single email.

As you build a performance car, and the further you go down the rabbit hole--some parts become that much harder to find. With that, concerns of shipping and a timely arrival arise too. CDM is a shop that does international shipping swiftly, with clear communication along the way. The part(s) also arrived unscathed, properly packaged, and as described. In addition, they provide a personal touch with good communication by tastefully staying in contact even after your parts arrive ensuring you are truly satisfied.

The person behind this company is morally handicapped. I was promised that all parts was in stock before ordering, then waited 10 days before receiving some of the parts. Then another month to receive more parts.
The adaptorplate i received had clearly been used before and i still havent received all parts.
I would never recommend or use this company again!

Placed an order took them over 3 weeks to fulfil, I emailed multiple times looking for updates and eventually to cancel the order all of which we're ignored and got no response.

Ordered on the 29/03/25 just 2 wheels had to chase them for a tracking number finally got the tracking number on the 22/04/25 they was delivered on the 22/04/25. 24 day after I ordered them. I contacted CDM sports on the 07/04/25 and was told I will have the wheel in a couple of days. Useless tracking, useless communication.

To be fair the wheels are absolutely amazing so just buy from storm and wheels to start with, I actually had the tracking number off storm wheels on the 16/04/25 when they where ordered by CDM sports. So save your self some hassle and buy them off storm to start with.

Parts were ordered about a month ago, with fast 3 to 4 delivery time etc. Wanted to support local guys and ordered coilpacks etc, since I'm from Belfast though would receive them fast enough, but got nothing and since then haven't been able to drive my car over a month and short over 450£,+ missed car events!! little to no communication, no phone nr, got 1 email that it'll be delivered last week, but nothing and no tracking number or any updates. That is so unprofessional, and disappointing, 0 customer service, will be contacting bank to get my money back. Would atleast have some sense to update all your customers, instead of getting ton of bad reviews. Will only update this review if you finally get in touch with good reason and I receive my order + money back in next few days which is not very likely anyway.
Update:1st of May. still not received anything, refund haven't been issued either, in pursuit with the paypal for it still. This is unbelievable. Will be looking for legal advice.
Last Update, got refound through paypal claims today finally, May 14th. They never sent anything out. Get new set delivered from different company within 3 days after ordering! Wasted so much time and money waiting and not having a car to drive.

I ordered a set of 4 wheels March 18th, with CDM sport advertising international shipping of 5-10 says (I'll assume business days too, which is fine). I tried to get in touch with them through both Instagram and through emails, several times in each case.

I had to threaten legal action in order to get a tracking number from them, and even at the time of writing this, UPS still doesn't have possession of the wheels. I'm currently on the phone to my bank in pursuit of a full refund, which is almost $2,500 NZD. I was told there was a stock issue with getting the 4th wheel, but I was not given any other information about how long this would take, or even an ETA for any of the 4 wheels. If my wheels do actually show up, I will update this review and maybe even give an extra star, but as of right now, with the lack of communication, and the amount of time that has passed, I DO NOT recommend to purchase products from this company. CDM I hope if you are scamming people, that you are held accountable. I want my refund.

Ordered item which showed in stock online and had no update so chased them after a week to be told it been ordered in and would be with me in 5 working days but still nothing has shown up after 10 working days and they are now blanking my emails asking for proof of shipping.

I will have cancel my order with my bank as they won't reply emails and have no contact number. I will be reporting this company to trading standards and action fraud.

it's a scam, you pay and you get nothing

Made a purchase on 20th of March, haven't had any tracking info or anything. No response from customer service. Needed the item asap, these guys clearly have issues going on, as they've had good reviews but for now, no good.

Been emailing and posting on instagram to be ignored I spent £175 and have a feeling I’m not getting my item or a refund was told be with me by the of the week and now into the following week and nothing JOKERS never coming back
