I ordered a part that I no longer needed so after informing the support team they replied straight away and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. Much appreciated thanks!

To address this for any concerned customers. This order was a custom part and is made to order. It was also shipped directly from the supplier so receiving the wrong part was totally out of our control. I feel like we done everything in our power to get the correct parts as soon as possible once we were notified they were not correct. It can happen and I am sorry it did but the issue was fixed in the end as promptly as possible.
Exceptional customer service
Extremely helpful, went out of their way to ensure we would have product on time for the Donegal rally!! Fast response time to queries, couldn’t fault the product does exactly what it’s advertised to do. Would definitely order from them again.

Tenaci clutch
Got a Tenaci tein plate clutch for my 2JZ Drift Car. After trying a few “better known” brands such as Tilton & Extreme, and never being super happy with the feel or else the clutch being to harsh and destroying my drivetrain, Conor was able to recommend me the perfect clutch for my application and now I have a long and easy to use pedal which has made controlling the car much easier, and I havn’t broken any drivetrain parts since I installed it. Will never use another brand of clutch again. I had the clutch the following day after ordering it too!
