I orderd some HDS coilovers from them and were ready to order more.
That was on 26 of june, As of the end of August i still havent recived the coilovers the only thing i got where ecusses and alot of them, like sorry something was wrong with youre order in the system will ship asap to sorry i will ship the items asap and send you the shipping info.. but nothing never happend. this went on from the middle on july to end of August. In semptember i had enough and canceld my order.
Lucky enough i Paid with Klarna which helped me alot.
Not even the cancelation they could get right.. today 1/10-25 i finaly got info from Klarna that the case is closed and they have been refounded.
This company must be in trouble how they do buisness. Or they just scam the ones they can like the ones that dont use Klarna for example! I do not recomend you to buy from this company, feels like a scam company.. or if you still wanna try use payoptions which dont make you pay until u have the parts.

Shitty business, don’t buy from them. I bought a coilpack kit from them. They promised me that it would get made in time and shipped out to me in time for the tuning appointment. Ordered 10 of July, the appointment was 30 July. The parts arrived 10 of August… and the brackets for the coilpacks were missing… I’ve tried contacting them since then but they are ghosting me… don’t buy from here

My experience was outstanding due to the very helpful and friendly customer support which helped through an issue I had.

Iv seen a lot of mixed opinions on reviews.
Recently purchased items, was emailed throughout the process, never avoided.
I was told the items I wanted wore special orders which I knew would be a wait. I’ve been dealing with GD for years, spending a lot of money their, to only save near €500 in comparison to GD who couldn’t match CDM’s price, or didn’t want to match the price considering Iv spent a lot of money with them before you’d assume to keep customer satisfaction they’d match.

Everything came within the 3/4 weeks time frame as mentioned by Conor. No delays, was emailed to let me know when they wore coming etc etc.

Personally I think people are quick to moan, but seem to be forgetting there is a lot involved in drop shipping, responsibility, time. Thinks that don’t come to easy. Conor’s just a guy trying to set up a future to himself, same as any other young entrepreneur, if you’re personally in need of an item, it might be more efficient for you to order of the more expensive crowds who have the item in hand, but if your whilling to give a small business some time and your own patience I couldn’t highly recommend CDM enough.
Near €500 savings is a crazy lot of money in today’s terms.

The worst customer service i have ever received - ordered in stock goods, still waiting a month later.
Have made contact over a dozen times. Will never use again and would definitely stay away. Terrible company. No phone number.

I waited five months for my order — never got it. Waiting another month for a refund.
I specifically asked them how long it would take, and the answer was ‘about a week.’ FIVE MONTH later — still nothing. They reply to messages once a month, and when they do, it’s just ‘I’ll check,’ and then another month goes by with no answer.

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and find another place. Their attitude toward customers couldn’t be worse.

Communication is an utter joke, I’ve waited 13 weeks for a radiator with no answers on when I’ll actually receive it. Told “it should be in our next shipment from them” that was 6 weeks ago. Terrible company, couldn’t run a bath.

I basically lent this guy £250 for a month. Ordered an oil pump, listed in stock 3-5 days delivery. Heard nothing after a week so chased, ignored for a week or so. Then told it would be here within 48h but wasn't given a tracking number and was ignored when asked for one. Another week goes by for them to say the shipment hasn't arrived and they have no eta. Asked for a refund and was told it would be processed. Was ignored for another 4 days when I asked for confirmation so I did a charge back with my bank and had my money back within 3 hours. A friend of mine bought an adapter kit, the order was never made with the supplier, he eventually got a refund after 4 months and gave up on his build.

Bought a short shifter mid July after a couple days I still had not received any tracking number so after 8 days I emailed to see what was up with my order, they responded the next day saying that part was out of stock which wouldn't be an issue however it had me thinking of when was I actually going to be notified of this.
They did offer me a different brand or a refund I opted for the refund but after reading these reviews I'm not confident I would of received the alternative part either. Any credibility this company had in my eyes is gone because I still haven't received a refund

Ordered an item in July, nothing turned up by August. Asked for tracking and update, got promised early following week. Again nothing turned up, then total silence. No replies, no tracking, no feedback. Going through a claim with my card issuer, still need the parts though, so delaying my build. My advice is to stay away, seems I'm not the only one and this kind of result is business as usual. This company won't be around for long (going by the way they do business) so don't get caught out.

I ordered the goods on 8.8, now it is 21.8. They promised on 19.8 that the goods would be shipped today. On 20.8 they promised a tracking code soon. No progress has been made. Customer relationships should be based on honesty and empty promises will not achieve anything in the long run. Everyone can conclude from this whether it is worth buying anything from them.

Ordered a intercooler kit from them. Since it said they had it in stock and it would be at my adress in 2-5 working days. I ordered the kit. 1 week went by. No shipping confirmation. Nothing at all. Sent an email asking about my order. Had to send 4 emails during the time of 2 months. A chargeback on klarna had to happen for them to answer me that they had shipping delays from supplier. Which is totally fine by me. But then i would not order the kit. Right before a huge event.. An event i could not go to. Since they did not fullfil their claims. I was asked to wait another week. Waited a week. Sent a email. They ACTUALLY responded 2 days later and said that they were sorry and that it would be sent out by the end of the week. And offered a partial refund for my troubles. Which i accepted. Well this was 21. July. I still have not received a tracking number or anything. Will not respond to emails either. Deletes my messages on sosial media also. Stay waaaay the f.. Away from this joke of a company.

however made an order 6 of july and is still waiting for a tracking id, have mailed serveral times which they said that the will resolve the problem by tomorrow and get back to me. That was 5 days ago.

I made another order of a hydraulic handbrake and 2 other parts, the hydraulic handbrake is estimated to be delivered in the upcoming days, but the other 2 parts still hasn’t been shipped…

My personal opinion of this company is that they are a bit unserious!
