Adams All Natural Reviews

Very easy site to use! Chose cedar to last longer here in Maine. Price was very reasonable and shipping was free! Can't beat it!

Just what I was looking for, at a fair price.

Reviews were good, web site was easy, sale confirmed easily. Hoping shipping is the same

The customer service was outstanding -- I had questions about the frame and whether it would fit my existing swing and Adams (Holly, specifically) responded right away. After I received it, I wrote back to confirm that the size fit and again, Holly was right on it with a response. This company provides very quick and personal attention! The frame itself is so wonderful and such great quality! The eye bolt placement is a bit wider than my existing 4' swing, but it does not have any effect on its usability whatsoever. We are very happy with it. I just stained it this weekend and we are happily swinging to and fro on it already (-: I know this frame will last much longer than our previous one because of the cedar wood. It's also larger diameter beams than our previous frame. Thanks for the high quality product! The only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is because of the long time lag -- we waited about 6 weeks for it, but it was worth the wait...

I was looking for a bench for outside and there were plenty of options. That was great. I like that many, possibly all, are made in the U.S, too. My only negative comment is that the bench I ordered is only shown with one color paint/stain on it, and it would have been nice to see what the bench looks like in raw cedar too, which is what I ordered.

Was worth waiting for 6weeks!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
LOVE IT! FANTASTIC FIND!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

Very nice people to talk with! Love the furniture!

Great company. Very easy to order.

Ordering process was highly user friendly. I had been monitoring site for a couple of months awaiting an out of stock item to become available.

I shopped around for the same item and Adams had the best overall pricing and shipping terms. The ordering process was quick and easy!

Easy site to use. Young man helpful in phone call. No wait to speak with someone. Thank you. Can't wait for my swing to arrive.

So far this business is getting a 1 star from me. The site says 8-12 weeks now it’s changed to 18-22 weeks a week after my 12th week of waiting. The lack of transparency and expectation setting is poor. First I was given a tracking number to an order that wasn’t mine, they fixed that. Okay no problem two weeks ago I reached out asking if there were any issues or delays I should know about. I was told the July 15th date was still a thing. I reached out again yesterday over phone in which I got an email reply today (7/22) that the dates are pushed out. They should immediately update their site. If I knew it was going to take a 18-22 weeks I would have ordered from the same company that my friend ordered from which was about 150$ more but it CAME when they said it would without any issues. Penny wise dollar foolish is my lesson. I haven’t received my table yet but I doubt it’ll blow my mind away after 6 months of waiting hopefully of course. I’m sure I’ll have to reach out again in September to find out that there’s more delays, they certainly won’t be the ones reaching out. As for me I invited family and friends over in September really banking on this piece being in place, I guess we will be sitting pretzel style on the floor for dinner.

Love the table. It was delivered very fast and was easy to put together.

Thanks for getting the Athena Adirondack Chair Kits to us quickly and without any issues! We can't wait to put them together!

This is the second bench we have purchased from Adams All Natural. The first one is still in very good shape; but we had a less expensive bench (not from Adams) that fell apart so we needed to buy a new one. We ordered the same bench again; but this time, we ordered the stain option, which I recommend.
The packaging included foam material that totally protected the bench, and it was delivered within the timeframe we were told.
We like the wide armrests--very comfortable and wide enough for a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or whatever!
I highly recommend Adams All Natural.

User friendly website and the video showing the construction boosted my confidence in your products. I like that no glue is used and that wood-wood construction. I'm looking forward to receiving my rocker~

Description of item must include that a work bench with a vise is needed for assembly. I have easily assembled many pieces of furniture with success. This one was difficult and did not turn out well and I don't feel it will be safe to stand on which is why I ordered it. One of the legs was cut too short so the stool wobbles. It's worth a maximum of $20 not the $105 I paid for it. The company should be ashamed.

I ordered the Master Gardener's Potting Bench. I wanted two drawers instead of one and they were very responsive and accommodating. The bench is beautiful and looks durable. The packing job was excellent. I don't think it's possible for any of the pieces to be damaged in shipping the way it was packaged. I have two suggestions for the drawers that would make this perfect in my mind: 1) Have the drawer supports go on the outside of the table supports and make the drawers a few inches wider. They are pretty small. 2) Use good quality plywood on the bottoms of the drawers rather than particle board. Particle board, in my experience, does not hold up well to wet or even damp conditions. But overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

What a beautiful swing! Very well made and the wood smells so good. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.
