I didn't realize that your dimensions were overall not just for the seat. I can't use this for what I intended because the seat is too narrow.

He was up front with the reason for backed up shipping at this time,(likely from pandemic related) recent shut-down, and apologized for the wait time. Overall it was an easy pleasant experience.

Stellar Product and Assistance
I purchased two gable vents in conjunction with an exterior renovation project. John of customer service (no call tree or extended wait times to be connected to a rep) assisted me initially with some sizing/rough opening/delivery questions. I subsequently placed the order. Unfortunately, my contractor cut the rough opening for the vent too large despite all prior efforts to avoid that outcome. I spoke with John again and he diligently worked with me and the factory to customize the vent to fit the errant opening. We finalized after a few calls/emails and the final product was a "Perfect Fit" in the words of my carpenter. I can't overstate the level of customer care and product quality.

What is there to review? I bought something, I never heard from them.
I don't even know who the hell I am doing business with, since the company name is different everywhere you look. I never received any sort of confirmation of any kind, still haven't gotten the bench, but they want to know how I feel? This is the only correspondence I ever received. LOL

I do show that your order shipped the day after you placed it with us. And I show that our system sent you an email confirmation of your order as well as tracking information. We have recently found out that gmail is putting our system's emails into your junk folder. I believe that if you were to go and look there, you would find them.

The product itself is very nice. The assembly instructions are rubbish and parts are mislabeled. When I called customer service I was transferred 3 times before someone gave me another contact number.
