Excellent Customer Service
Excellent follow-up while dealing with extended delays due to COVID. The customer service offered during difficult times was much stronger than we are experiencing from other companies.

Hi Joe. Yes, we just had this comment this morning and are working to make the accessory package on our potting bench information more clear. We do have it described below but if you aren't seeing it, we need to rethink that communication.

The website could use more clarity in its description of the accessory package vs. bucket/hole cutout but when I called they acknowledged that and helped me understand what was what. Holly was terrific! Their tools for tracking delivery were excellent: have received the accessory package but not the main product yet, namely, the Master Gardener Potting Bench

Excellent product. Can't wait to stain it and put it together. Instructions
appear quite easy. It will look so good in my front yard bridging my artificial
river stream. Look forward to purchasing a couple other items from Adams

Hi Dennis,
Thank you for the feedback. We would love to hear from you in regards to the items that you feel are incorrect. We certainly do not want to be informing people incorrectly. Can you please respond to the order confirmation that you just received and let us know which arbor it is that you are referring to?
Thank you,
