When I called for help on ordering a product I received outstanding customer service.

Website was very helpful. Ordering was very easy.

This is the 3rd identical wood porch swing I have ordered (2 as gifts and one for ourselves). When we had questions about delivery and assembly, a quick phone call to Adams was very helpful; I was not put on hold- I easily reached a real person. The videos for assembly were really helpful. For my daughter's swing, one of the small supports arrived cracked. Adams promptly sent out a new one. Delivery was quicker than expected. All parts were included in the package- nothing missing. The swing is sturdy and larger-seats 3 across. It is true cedar, so painting or varnishing is not necessary, rather, it is optional. We love this swing- it feels like vacationing in Northern Wisconsin, in our own backyard.

Actual exterior dimensions measured along exterior side walls is actually 20" x 40" not 21 x 41...that makes a substantial difference on such small planting boxes especially for the 314.00 per box price! 61square inches difference

Everything went together easy. I would recommend this product.

We searched several sites to find a potting bench that met our needs. Adams All Natural appears to have the quality we are looking for. We sent in questions on the piece and were surprised to receive a very quick reply from Holly. Although the price was high we are hoping to get what we payed for. We look forward to its arrival.

I purchased some closet organizers from Adams nearly 20 years ago and when remodeling a newly purchased home wanted to do another closet with their products. They were affected by the pandemic as were so many businesses and we had to wait quite a while for our order, but as far as the order process and the finished product we couldn't be happier. Customer service and communication were outstanding.

I had sent an email to inquire about just how my impending order for a 4' log rocker would be billed since they were showing " item will be shipped out in early March," and they quickly replied back stating that I would not get billed until item would be shipped which I truly appreciated the information. Anyway, I received an email after several days later informing me that my rocker will be shipped out sooner than stated before which was good news to hear. I received my rocker like in four days via FedEx. This has been overall a very pleasant transaction and I appreciated the communication I received when I asked for it. No doubt I will be making another purchase within the foreseeable future for another product from them.
