The swing set came with in a few days and was in perfect condition. My son put it together with no problems. We love it. So happy with it. It’s a wonderful cedar swing. Good job!!

It was very easy to order but it’s been over a week and the item hasn’t been shipped yet.
Received an email immediately explaining that the item ships 1/2 weeks after ordering. Appreciated quick response.

I never received a confirmation email or text which made me question whether the purchase was made and the legitimacy of the company.

Helpful Customer Service
Just before ordering my Log Style Swing Set, I called Adams All Natural to find out which of the stains on their site I should order. My customer service rep gave me so much advice and information on how to care for my swing set. He advised me on the best stains to use, to stain the parts before assembly, and how the set would need to be stained again in the future. After reading how easy it is to put together, I am very excited to put together my swing!

It was very easy to purchase the cedar outdoor furniture.
Have not received them as yet.

I called with questions on delivery and spoke to a sales rep, who answered my call immediately, and she was a delight! So appreciate being able to speak to an actual person and have all my questions answered by someone who obviously enjoys their job. Keep up the good work Adams All Natural!

Easy to navigate and I loved the " installation videos with assembly " for those units. Loved the idea of " one page documents " .... | John from support responded promptly with open queries.

Since I had no prior experience with the company I called to talk personally with your representative. The man I placed my order with was very polite and helpful. I wanted a picnic table without attached benches. These are very hard to find. I found your company on the web. I am anxiously awaiting my table.

Site was easy to navigate. Ordering was very easy!

I ordered a swing canopy in May of 2021 and due to Covid was told there would be a delay in shipping.
I called a few days ago to find out the status of my order. The gentleman that assisted me was absolutely awesome!! Customer service at its finest.
When I gave him my order number he was extremely apologetic and helped me pick an alternate color (the green I wanted was back ordered) and I paid the same amount of my order of almost a year ago.
We love our glider!! Last year, due to the fact we did not get the top for it during the summer season, (and we just could not use the old one) we called our glider “the convertable.” :)
