I ordered online a Methven Hawei Flexi Sink Mixer With Pull Down Hose Item code: 79530 for €190.54 and selected the Sallynoggin shop for collection. the exact same item was priced @ €180 in the store. A staff member tried to contact a manager without success but said they would get back to me when available. That's the last I heard.

Order delivered late
The item I ordered was supposed to be delivered the following day but wasn't. I believe this was down to a staffing issue. I accept that these things can happen. What I would find fault with is the lack of communication and explanation when I was trying to find out what had happened to my order.

the support of the staff was very very good. I was doing flooring and the young man who was helping me was well informed and accurate in his help. When it came out that we had ordered to much there was no issue in creating a return. it was done promptly and without any question. I certainly would not hesitate going back for more items.
