The sales person @ Chadwick’s Kilkenny…
The sales person @ Chadwick’s Kilkenny went out of his way to source a suitable door handle after I purchased the wrong one online. Returning the incorrect item was seamless and I received a message within a day or so that the new handle had arrived. Excellent highly efficient service and all done with no fanfare.

I ordered a load of timber and other materials, arrived the next day and it was unloaded in the garden neat and safe.
I had to cancel 2 items off the order and it was no hassle, refunded straight away

Multiple deliveries instead of one.
Delivery drivers themselves very nice. But order came in 2 separate deliveries and communications with Chadwicks was not great or very easy. Email and text to say product was out for delivery arrived after product had been delivered.

I ordered online a Methven Hawei Flexi Sink Mixer With Pull Down Hose Item code: 79530 for €190.54 and selected the Sallynoggin shop for collection. the exact same item was priced @ €180 in the store. A staff member tried to contact a manager without success but said they would get back to me when available. That's the last I heard.
