Appaling customer service
I own multiple sites, and applied 6 months ago for charging station. Nobody care about it, customer service is appalling. Stay away from this circus

I have been waiting for a credit for 3 weeks. There is no one to speak to, only chat. They continue to say nothing yet! What kind of customer service is this???? I would NEVER use this service again!!

Great service
Great service. I returned a battery and it hadn't registered. I messaged them on Instagram and within 15 minutes it was all sorted. I recommend contacting the Instagram rather than through the app as they are more alert and helpful

Speaking from past experiences, I was never a huge fan of on the go charging devices as I felt like it took forever to charge my phone especially whilst I was using it and this was a problem I always had when being out. However, since coming across this Charged Up device, I am honestly so pleased and surprised with how quick it charges your phone even whilst using it. Will definitely purchase one next time I go back to Brewhouse! Highly recommend

Please don’t use this service
Please don’t use this service. I used it and was charged £3... fine. Returned the charger once finished. Sorted.
Ten days later and I am charged an extra £27 with them claiming I have ‘purchased the charger’. I have contacted the company and they have finally agreed to refund me but it will take 10 days.
I’m not happy!
