For contactless rentals, a temporary payment hold may apply and is released by the customer’s bank approximately 5–7 working days after return.

I swiped my payment card in one of the machines and it took £36. When I did this I didn't realise that the machine had no battery banks in it, I never got my £36 back, surely the machine is programmed to say that the machine is empty but it didn't.

Contacted support and they were really helpful, I showed them proof of when I left the hospital and they refunded me all of the additional cost. I wasn’t expecting that level of service whatsoever and was really pleasantly surprised.

It only charged one phone at a time, however It was very useful as did not have time to think about charging phone in an emergency.

Great idea, works well for those times when you need it. Easy to use machine and app for taking the charger pack. Return process is also easy, but I did have a problem with the registering of the return. Went onto their chat via the app and they were very responsive. Helped to resolve the issue after a few messages back and forth.

They were very straight to the point and addressed my problem with preciseness. I like that it's easy to refer back to previous conversations so I didn't have to extensively reexplain my issue

The power banks are really helpful and in many locations which I feel is really helpful. I did encounter an issue when returning the power bank however through contacting their online helpline I managed to get a refund and the worker I was talking to was incredibly helpful and kept the whole experience calm. I would definitely use the power banks again

Unfortunately, I was referred to A&E unexpectedly and I only had 5% on my phone if the Joos machine hadn’t been there, I don’t know what I would’ve done!!! it literally saved the night!!!!! and subsequent weekend I was admitted great thing to have installed!!!!

I’m so happy with the service. I’d accidentally carried the wrong plug and wrong cable in my bag. With my battery running out and yet I didn’t carry my bank cards or cash that I urgently needed to use. I remembered seeing a joos booth in the mall and the steps were so easy to follow. This is a life saver and the fees are very affordable especially because it’s an emergency. I 100% recommend

I rented a power bank when in hospital for 4 hours and was charged 17 pounds so I got in touch with them to sort the mistake only to be told it was correct that's ripping off in anyone's book and in a hospital too they should be ashamed

I put no return address on it yet parcel is apparently being returned to me !! Nobody is responding via emails conveniently and there is NO NUMBER to contact them!!! I’ll be issuing a chargeback and sticking posters on their docking station warning potential customers of this absolute SCAM
