This company saved me time and money with their quality services. I have moved around my entire childhood and was over moving another thing on my own. I didn't know anything about moving services or which one to pick. I called one service before this one but the employee seemed to busy to talk about my move. I called this company next, thankfully. The company gave me all the info I was looking for and asked if I had any questions. They seemed eager for me to choose their service. The prices I found were very reasonable as I didn't want to pay too much for the move, or have to wind up doing it on my own. The day of the move the employees were patient and careful with my belongings. They made the move quick and overwith before I had time to have any concerns. I was very satisfied with the company service and rates. The employees came to do their job and make the move as comfortable for me as they could. I knew they could tell I was nervous, but their patience settled my nervousness and then it was over! I highly recommend this company and now know who I'm using from now on! Thanks guys

As a young college student moving away from home for the first time, I was extremely nervous. One of the issues I was the most worried about was the process of moving all my stuff from state to state, and making sure that none of it was damaged. After going through the rigorous process of trying to find a suitable mover, a friend of mine recommended that I use Charter Van Lines.

My experience with them was everything that I needed and more. They charged an extremely affordable rate, and everything that they moved was in superb condition when it arrived. Customer service was also friendly and helped me arrange the process of moving around my college schedule to ensure that I didn’t get stressed out while moving.

All in all, a great service, and when I have to move wherever life calls me, I’ll use Charter Van Lines again!

I recently used Charter Vanlines for my move. I was very satisfied with the quality of service that I received. I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving long distance or to another state. Moving can really be a hassle, but this company helped make my move a lot smoother. The process was simple and the customer service was great. Everyone that I dealt with via email or phone was friendly and knowledgeable. They promptly responded to all my requests and concerns. Most importantly, it saved me valuable time and energy versus trying to move it myself. Even the movers were friendly. I truly cannot be more thankful to this company. I will definitely use them again and I will tell all of my friends and family about them.

I’m a military brat, so I’m accustomed to moving all over. I’ve been in the same place for 10 years, so I forgot how absolutely horrid moving can be. This was my first time hiring a professional moving company, and I was a bit nervous to entrust everything that I own to a moving company. I've heard tons of horror stories about movers breaking things, things turning up missing, or not at all.

I’m happy to say that was not at all my experience with Charter Van Lines. They gave me ease of mind the moment I talked to one of their intake agents on the phone. They asked great questions and gave me a thorough explanation of everything that would happen. They were on time, and extremely professional. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Charter.

I highly recommend Charter Vanlines to anyone who has to make a move from state- state! I moved from Macon Georgia to Landover Hills Md and I need a mover fast. My cousin down South told me about Charter Vanlines. Best thing ever did was hire this company. Charter is professional, orderly, organized and sensitive to folks who are moving to new State. I could not believe how kind, friendly and patient all the staff were. I had no issues during the move, all my stuff was packed safe, secure and stable. When picking up your life and moving to a different state, you want everything to go as smoothly as possible. Charter Vanlines not only did that but they also put my needs and desires first. They understand that packing up your life and moving is a difficult process to do alone. I was so glad that Charter Vanlines was able to cater to my every need and made the hassle of moving to a different state simpler and more efficient than I ever thought it could be! They were also amazing at keeping me informed about times for pick up and move out, that way I knew where all my belongings were and that they were in safe hands! It seemed silly to pay someone to do something I was capable of doing myself. Charter wasn’t the first moving company I contacted, but after talking to them my apprehensions about hiring were gone, I decided a moving company was the way to go and I went with them.

Excellent experience and phenomenal customer service. They didn't act like this was just another job. They were helpful in doing everything I needed and they put my interest first. I like this company's way of doing business. They put the customer first. I made one phone call to the main office to get things started. After that they took care of just about everything else. Very professional and prompt service from charter van lines. I have had varying experiences with different moving companies, but was presently surprised with how smooth everything went. All of my belongings were treated with care and nothing was damaged. NEVER trust a moving company demanding a deposit up front! Your reputable moving companies will not charge a dime until unloading your belongings. We got burned big time. Your estimate will more than double before it's all said and done. But you won't find that out until you're within the 7-day window of moving so you lose your deposit if you cancel. Total scam. Do yourself a favor and look at the BBB of Florida. Then ask yourself why there are more complaints there than positive feedback.

Carter Van Lines turned a hassle transitioned in to a hassle-free experience! From the beginning, they were extremely helpful and polite. They were willing to work with me on my budget and took extra care with my belongings. Everything arrived right on schedule and they were quick in loading and unloading the truck, which I really appreciated it. The movers were courteous and even helped me set up my furniture. Moving can the most stressful event in someone’s life but this adventure was complete stress free.

Great experience and would definitely use again. Especially recommend for interstate moves. Moved furniture from my 1-bedroom (4th floor) Brooklyn apartment to a house in Georgia with many large pieces of furniture. The movers showed up on time and worked really hard, especially getting the furniture down the stairs. No damaged items. The movers were very friendly and worked with a smile.
