After graduating from college I needed to pack up my entire apartment and head to my new city, but my family didn't have a vehicle large enough to move really any of my furniture. We reluctantly started looking for a dependable moving company, and a friend suggested Charter Vanlines to us, and I am so happy we took their advice! The movers were phenomenal - they were punctual, kind, understanding, and thoughtful when it came to repacking some of my more fragile items. They were also able to deal with my somewhat difficult parents without showing any annoyance (what I would do to achieve that level of calm!). They were able to make a really stressful day so much easier, and I cannot thank them enough. They met me at my new apartment and helped me set up my furniture in just the right way. One of the movers even made some good suggestions about how everything should be laid out! They are truly great at what they do, and their experience shows. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough!

Moving to new place can be so freaking stressful. I have moved a handful of times and it consumed my time and energy to no avail. I got sick and tired of doing it. So I decided to try out a moving company. It was a god-send I found Charter Van Lines. They were such a huge help.
They made the transition smooth and with lots of professionalism. The crew was quick. One of my worries was that something might happen to my bigger pieces of furniture but they were in pristine condition. My apartment was packed and moved so much faster than it would have taken me. Me and my girlfriend were so happy we found these guys. Especially since it was on short notice. They were punctual, dependable and overall a good group of people. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone trying to move.

Charter Van Lines were extraordinary in helping us with our move from Daytona Beach, Florida to the South Padre Island in Texas. We all know how daunting moving can be! After moving half a dozen times myself, I was tired of doing all the hauling myself. So we decided to try out a moving company! Charter Vanlines were a huge help and made the completed the task smoothly and professionally. My job has had me move across the country several times, and I have come to appreciate just what a difference a good moving company can make in the moving experience. Charter Van Lines was prompt, punctual, kind, and professional. They understood that they were dealing with my cherished personal belongings and treated them as if they were their own. They arrived on time, left on time, and arrived at the destination also on time. I loved how patient they were with me when it came to arranging the furniture in the new house. Naturally I was a little indecisive, but they were patient and allowed me to take my time deciding how I wanted the room to be laid out.

My sister and I skimmed over a handful of moving companies before we stumbled upon Charter Vanlines. Other companies were going to charge us thousands of dollars more than what we ended up paying Charter. The movers were very pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. So much stress was lifted from my shoulders! If I ever move again, I'm sticking with Charter.

Trying to plan a move for my parents from Florida to Washington (state) WHILE I'm currently living in Texas has been a true task! I honestly didn't know where to begin until I was recommended Charter Van Lines from another couple in their retirement community. Charter Van Lines made the process so easy. Their website was very informative - I started by filling out their online prompt for a quote and they reached out to me almost immediately. The representative I worked with was prompt and resourceful. They really walked me through all the details and had great suggestions for making the moving process easier. The people that came to help were respectful, assuring me that they were capable of doing what I needed them to do which was to make this trip as easy as possible for my parents. Everything was packed with care, which was extremely important to me, as my parents collect art, china and other valuables. We really felt like they cared about our belongings, which has always been a concern of mine with past companies. It was so nice to work with a company that we could trust and put us at ease. I would highly recommend Charter Van Lines!

Wow. I owe these guys a great debt of gratitude. They moved every last thing in my home after I got stationed all the way across the country. They were on time for picking up the furniture, and even more importantly, dropping it off!! They were also very friendly, which I've found isn't that common now days so it was very refreshing. I would seriously recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers that will get the job done the right way and on time. 5 stars, 10/10, will definitely use again when it comes time to move and will be recommending these guys to friends and family. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Charter Vanlines could not go without mention!!! Moving my 4 bedroom home cross country had me stressed to find a good, reliable moving company to move my HEAVY and expensive furniture. The receptionist that assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered an accurate quote in a timely manner. On moving day, the movers showed up on time and treated my belongings with the utmost care. I was blown away by their dedication to great customer service and their eye for detail. Thank you for making my move a little less stressful!!

Recently, I had to make a cross country move rather unexpectedly because of my job and needed to find someone on short notice. I'm glad I found Charter Van Lines when I did. The crew was punctual and took great care with my furniture. I lived in a studio which was rather small, but it was great working with a crew that took such good care of my stuff.
