Har returneret min pakke og Christopher…

Har returneret min pakke og Christopher Cloos har endnu ikke betalt. I starten fik jeg mange beskeder om fejl ved refundering i deres bank, og nu er de helt stoppet med at svare mig. Det er over halvanden måned siden at brillerne blev sendt retur.

Horrible!

Ich habe meine Sonnenbrillen vor einem Jahr bestellt und sie sind immer noch nicht bei mir angekommen. Ich wurde ständig mit neuen Lieferterminen vertröstet, bis irgendwann mal eine Mail kam, dass die ehemaligen Inhaber wegen Korruptionsvorwürfen hingeschmissen hätten. Jedoch keinerlei Angebot für mein Problem. Momentan bekomme ich nicht mal mehr eine Antwort. Werde jetzt alles meinem Anwalt weitergeben. Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier zu bestellen!

Forkert levering og ikke modtaget returnering

Jeg bestiller tre par briller hvor et af de par jeg modtager er forkert. Det er nu en måned siden jeg returnerede alle tre ved brug af et returlabel jeg fik tilsendt af dem. Returlabelet havde ingen tracking hvilket er et problem da jeg ikke har nogen status på hvorvidt de har modtaget brillerne. Til trods for flere gange at have skrevet til kundeservice har jeg intet hørt fra dem.

Poor after care and follow up

Sunglasses arrived around 10 days after I ordered them. I have send two emails with queries since I ordered but not had a response to either email. Reading other reviews poor after care and follow up seem to be a common theme. I was going to order another pair in a different style but I don’t think I will now.

Cowards stole my money and went silent

Initiated product return in early October. Proof of delivery is on Oct 31 2022.

Ten days after I initiated return process, Christopher Cloos charged my PayPal again.

They don't respond to emails at hello(@)christopher-cloos.com

The lawyer of their website does not respond to emails.

These cowards stole my money and ran.

Order Unfilled/No reimbursement: In early December 2022 I ordered a pair…

In early December 2022 I ordered a pair of sunglasses through christopher-cloos.com . The transaction was cleared and charged to my credit card account on Dec 2022. The Danish company went into bankruptcy on Dec 16 and the trustees say they have no authority to deal with orders purchased through the US website. I have been unable to get reimbursed or my order filled. All effort to reach the US company have failed. I am seeking full reimbursement or my order filled.

Smooth operation

The order arrived in a matter of days, and the whole process could not have been smoother. Of course, the glasses are class A, but as I already had some of the previous models, that did not surprise me.

Forkert levering 2 gange

To gange i træk har de formået at sende de forkerte solbriller, som er en gammel model lavet i samarbejde med Tom Brady, som de ikke længere har et samarbejde med. Forsøger de at snyde deres kunder eller er deres lagermedarbejdere bare uduelige? Uanset hvad, er det under al kritik!

So bad

So bad - I actually went to their store in Copenhagen- bought a pair of TB’s - and ordered and paid for a pair of prescription reading glasses As per everyone else - they were never sent to me. Pathetic business- and perhaps TB might want to compensate us folks in North America- cause I’m sure most us went Cloos because they were his line.

Forkert levering

Hej.

Jeg skriver herinde nu, fordi jeg ikke længere kan sende en email til jer, som jeg får retur. Det har ellers været muligt at skrive med jer over email i den forgangne uge.

I en uges tid har jeg over 3 gange bestilt et par solbriller. Alle 3 pakker er med de samme forkerte briller, altså ikke engang solbriller.

I dag har jeg så 5 gange forsøgt at skrive til jer på mail, men nu får jeg pludseligt den besked, at min mail ikke kommer frem.

Jeg sender naturligvis alle 3 pakker retur med henblik på at få mine 3 betalinger refunderet.

På nuværende tidspunkt vil jeg på det kraftigste anbefale at man ikke handler hos dem, da end ikke kundeservice svarer nu. Man får ganske enkelt, konstant, besked om at ens email ikke kan leveres..

Disappointed costumer

My order was initially made on the 21st of May 2022 for the Elsa frame. About a year has now passes and I have not received my order nor an update from you in 6 months. According to my bank the order was cancelled which is very strange, since I have neither received an update from you, Christopher Cloos, regarding the matter, nor my money back. I feel really disappointed, scammed and sad that I never got to wear the sunglasses.

SCAM

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the Elsa Hosk collection last year in May 2022. As of today, I still don't have the sunglasses or the refund. There were many emails between me and customer service where they said some parts were missing for the glasses and they kept delaying the sunglasses, promising I would get them in a few weeks. Now I know I have been scammed since they refuse to offer me a refund. I have never been scammed before so I am very disappointed that I fell prey to this company. When you go to their website, you can still pay for the sunglasses even though they cannot fulfill the order. This is a highly unethical company. Please do not give them your hard earned money
