dårlig kundeservice... lav kvalitet?

Jeg må desværre udtrykke min utilfredshed med produktet, som jeg oprindeligt var begejstret for, nemlig Paloma - Espresso fra Christopher Cloos. Mens jeg altid har behandlet mine briller med omhu og respekt, har limen på det ene hængsel fejlet, hvilket kan indikere et materiale af lav kvalitet.

Dette er en alvorlig sag i sig selv. Det er imidlertid den manglende respons fra Christopher Cloos' kundeserviceteam, som virkelig skuffer mig. Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte dem gentagne gange i løbet af den sidste måned, men har endnu ikke modtaget et svar, på trods af at de angiver, at de vil besvare mails inden for 1-3 dage.

Jeg finder denne mangel på professionel og acceptabel kundeservice meget skuffende og kan ikke anbefale nogen at handle hos Christopher Cloos, da det tydeligvis er et firma, der ikke tager deres kunder seriøst.

Terrible company

Terrible company, I ordered a pair of sunglasses in May 2022. I have not received them. They have fobbed me off many times and in fact advised that they would be sent "next week" - don't know why I believed the.

TERRIBLE company

TERRIBLE company. Ordered a pair of sunglasses over 8 months ago and have no received the order or a refund. Do NOT order from them- they now are saying that they can’t “handle” claims from the US when I inquired about a refund. So they feel comfortable stealing from you. I never leave negative reviews but this has been a year long nightmare.

I ordered (and paid for it as well) sunglasses 2 months ago and I still didn’t get it. I was emailing support of the company and after few emails I got an answer. They have no idea when will i get the subglasses. Terrible experience!

IST EUER GELD ERST EINMAL DA, SEHT IHR ES NICHT MEHR WIEDER!

Ich warte seit fast 2 Monaten darauf eine Rücksendung aufzugeben. Zu Beginn wurde mir wenigstens noch geantwortet oder ich habe eine Bestätigungsmail bekommen, aber das ist nichtmal mehr der Fall. Dann sollte ich eine extra Mail für Länder in der EU kontaktieren, doch da habe ich nach 3 Versuchen nichtmal eine Bestätigung bekommen. Management und operative Systeme scheinen da eine Katastrophe zu sein. Ich warte seit 2 Monaten auf ein Retouren Label und dementsprechend auf mein Geld.

Der Support antwortet nicht mehr und ich habe jetzt mit rechtlichen Schritten nach Ablauf einer Frist gedroht.

BANKRUPT

DO NOT PURCHASE. It has been over one month since I‘ve “donated” my money to Christopher Cloos. I’ve done some research and it appears as though they filed for bankruptcy back in December. I have made countless attempts to make contact with the founders (Gustav Hossy and Julius Langkilde) along with a dozen emails to their customer care team. If this is any indication as to how they managed their business then it is crystal clear as to why Christopher Cloos is going bankrupt.

No communication

After waiting almost 2 weeks with zero communication on my order status, I decided to write an email on 1/18/2023 to identify where my order was. Another week went by, no response to my email. I sent another email and I am not expecting a response. They don't answer the phone nor respond to emails. Not to mention, they still have their Holiday out of office email auto reply set up. That should tell you enough about them keeping their customers in the loop on order progress. I hope I receive my glasses to adjust my review, but so far it has been awful.

What a horrible service

What a horrible service, I bought the pampelonne clip on glasses back on November as a Christmas gift for my husband. The right glass doesn't sit correctly on the frame and they don't actually clip on. I've asked since then multiple times for a return label following their instructions on the website and no one has responded. I tried calling no answer either. They were super diligent to get my money and extremely difficult to get in contact with or to offer any support. Should've get the ones from Etsy 😡

FINGER WEG

FINGER WEG! SCAM!

Ich habe im Sommer 2022 meine Bestellung aufgegeben. Die Brille wurde wie vereinbart geliefert, passte jedoch nicht. Die auf der Homepage beworbene kostenlose Rücksendung wurde nicht angeboten. Daher habe ich die Brille auf eigene Kosten zurückgesendet und um Erstattung gebeten. Der Erhalt der Retoure wurde mir bestätigt und eine Rückerstattung angekündigt. Immer wieder wurden neue Termine für die Rückerstattung angekündigt. Bis heute warte ich auf mein Geld.

Avoid

Purchased a pair of sunglasses, they have still not shipped after numerous weeks. Multiple attempts to contact the company with no response. They have already charged my card and I really don’t expect them to ever get back to me, or get my product. Don’t bother.

DO NOT BUY FROM CHRISTOPHER CLOOS

Fraudulent company. Customer service is virtually nonexistent, spins you around in circles, then just stops responding. Returns are impossible. I’m out $150 after returning eyeglasses to them. Christopher Cloos is a scam and should be shut down.

Bad Experience Continues. Unethical Company.

This is a continuation of my initial review from the end of last year.

My order, placed November 25, 2022, remains unshipped as of this review (almost two months later).

I have been lied to repeatedly by Christopher Cloos email representatives. I was also contacted via text by two representatives. One (named Charles) that I arranged a call with during which he asked me to take my initial TrustPilot review down upon receipt of my order. He seemed to be genuinely trying to help at the time, but ultimately did not follow through on his promises (namely, ensuring my order finally shipped!). The other representative, Julius Langkilde (one of the Christopher Cloos founders) did not respond to my reply texts or calls. Both representatives' phone lines appear to have now been disconnected/deactivated.

Recent emails to Christopher Cloos email support have gone ignored. The most recent of my emails that has not received a response was sent over two weeks ago.

The product I purchased is still available on the Christopher Cloos website, again, with no indication of low (or no) inventory, backorder or other reason for delay.

Weeks ago, I submitted a BBB complaint. The BBB was unable to connect with Christopher Cloos, and their resolution process remains ongoing.

I intend to submit formal complaints with the FTC and state consumer protection divisions if there is not resolution before the end of this month.

Køb IKKE noget hos dem!!! Totalt svindel. De har sendt mig en TOM brilleæske, der har været undervejs siden før jul. Helt absurd!! Julegave til min skuffede nevø. Nu kan jeg læse her at de svindler løs. De er åbenbart gået konkurs - og alligevel fortsætter de med at sælge fra den amerikanske hjemmeside! Køb endelig ikke noget!!

Order Never Delivered and Unresponsive Customer Service

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses in late November 2022. Instead of sending me sunglasses, Christopher Cloos sent me a pair of blue light glasses about three weeks after my order. In mid-December, I notified them that I ordered two pairs of sunglasses but had only received a pair of blue light glasses, and to please send me them at their convenience. Christopher Cloos customer service said they would send them that day. Since then, Christopher Cloos customer service has continuously ignored my communications. It is now January 17, almost three months since my order, and I haven't received the items that I ordered and Christopher Cloos customer service will not respond to me. Now my only option is to report Christopher Cloos to my credit card company as fraud. Very unprofessional and disappointing way to treat customers.

We are truly sorry to hear that you have not received your order or refund and we understand your frustration.

Luxreaders ApS purchased the assets of Cloos ApS in January 2023 (the Danish entity behind Christopher Cloos' activities in Europe, which filed for bankruptcy in December 2022). The Danish trustee does not manage the US operations (Cloos Incorporated Inc.) and claims relating to the US platform/webshop cannot be filed with the Danish trustee.

We are currently working on an overview of the situation and will contact customers who have open orders in the system.

We apologize for the inconvenience once again. We are working hard to provide clarity as soon as possible and find the best possible solution as the new owners of Christopher Cloos.
