The two lads that came to and did my install were polite and considerate as they helped me understand what they were doing they wore overshoes on their shoes they were so pacient where others might not of been but they did it I’d 100% recommend city fibre for Wi-Fi installation they cleaned up after their mess it took a matter of I’d say around 1hr -1hr 30mins to do the install all together very happy

The City Fibre engineer, Mohammed was excellent and carried out the installation to a very high standard. He kept me fully informed during all the stages of installation. During the run up to the installation City Fibre advised me to what to expect and what I needed to do during the day of installation. Whilst it is early days I am very pleased with my transfer to Vodafone Broadband aided by City Fibre.

The City Fibre engineers rang my doorbell as the window for the installation opened. They had called ahead, I had a text from CF at the same time to confirm his arrival, I thought this was unnecessary at the time, however on reflection this was a security measure confirming I had left the right people into the house. Casey the engineer was extremely helpful and stayed after he had finished his installation to ensure we had a working connection. Both Casey and his colleague worked efficiently and quickly. They have made a very neat job do connections and installation the fibre.
