Very happy.

Product was advertised at a price, email confirmation received and money taken from my account. Three days later an email was sent by the company stating that there was a pricing error that they would not honour and money would be refunded. I was made aware that others who ordered at the price had received the proudct. Only offer of apology was a 20% discount on another purchase. Poor service, poor quality control within the company to only recognise the mistake 3 days later and poor management of the situation when some purchases were honoured and not others.

I had a pair of straighteners that had a fault come up after only having them a few month. But the return process was so smooth the staff were super responsive and I got them sent and replaced within a week. Couldn’t be happier with how easy this process was!

My hair is extremely thick for the last 4 years i refused to use my VS straightener cause it never gave results where my hair can withstand staying straight for long periods of time. This straightener managed to tame my hair even in the most humid conditions when I was Rarotonga. Best straightener ever!

I love the plates that glide smoothly through my thick twine hair to smooth it out.
This new model has a revive feature which I am excited to try out.
The instructions to register it for its warranty are included which is helpful.
Would be great if there was some trade in /up cycling of old straighteners when purchasing new ones

This is my first coud 9 purchase and absolutely love it. What used to take me a good hour with my previous straighteners now takes me 15 mins.

Firstly when I emailed to find a supplier who may stock cloud nine products, I received a very quick and helpful response plus a follow up email to see how I got on. Well unfortunately I couldn't buy then and there and had to order online which was easy and I got my free gifts plus I didn't have to wait long at all. I was really impressed. I was even more impressed when I opened my package. The Contouring Original Iron is perfect. I love that I have control of the heat setting for my hair and the revive setting with the little vibrations I thought at first a bit strange but it left my hair looking so soft and just finished it off nicely. I love my new stylish straightener its my best buy so far.
